Love anything by Dara Joy, Linda Howard. Non-fiction also on health issues (fibromyalgia), religion. Cookbooks, biographies, history. Some sci fi/fantasy. Absolutely love the Harry Potter series!
Last year on March 16, I said, "Goodbye for now," to my mother. Now I need to say the same to my beloved father. He is the best in the world. Thank you, Heavenly Father, for the time I had with him. Help me to be what you want me to be and to learn the lessons I need to learn at this time. Thank you for holding me in the palm of Your hand when I need you the most. I am a secretary at a legal aid office. My children and granddaughter now live nearby and I am enjoying my empty nest. Love watching my 4-year-old granddaughter growing and blossoming; I can relax a bit more and just enjoy her. I lost my mother last year, that is my heartache for now, until I see her again.

Reading, computers, internet. Caring friends, family, people who are genuine and don't place too much importance on money and material things. Going out to eat, sightseeing. Computers. Finding old friends and catching up. And I love Christmas!
People who lie, cheat, or are prejudiced against anyone who is different from them, whether it's race, religion, or anything else. Those who choose money and material things over people. People who judge without knowledge or wisdom. Those who deliberately hurt others.
