I see about 1 movie a year these days. I'm afraid since I paid 16 cents to see 2 movies, cartoons, world news and coming attractions $7.00 for 1 movie hardly seems worth the effort. However if someone sees something and really loves it I will go see it. Mama Mia is one I plan to see with the girls.
MUSIC
I love all kinds of mucic. When I am down it lifts me up. When I need to exercise and don't want to it enables me to. For me it's very important to my life
BOOKS
Love to read but can no longer read until 3 in the morning like I used to *laughing*. Just finished The Last Lecture and A Thousand Splendid Suns.I am now reading all the Barbara Taylor Bradford books I may have missed. Love Maeve Binchy too. When I find an author I like I read all her books. I remember a favorite book but forgot the author it was called Morning Glory and was a real tear jerker.
MY FAVORITE COLOR
I love red though I have been told you cannot tell by looking at this page. Yellow cheers me up and reminds me of gardens and flowers. I started all the mum pots by cutting mums back and sticking them in hormone powder then potting soil. I'll do that every year

Steak, lobster and Heath Bar Blizzard.However I can no longer eat all that yummy stuff or I would be as wide as I am tall at 4'11".

ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in R.I. We were 3 6 9 and 12 when my Mom died of breast cancer at age 32. In those days there was no chemo or radiation. Met a sailor at a local skating rink. Dated 2 years and fixed my sister up with his buddy and we had a double wedding and celebrated 51 years June 22. My father said it would never last as everyone knows sailors have a girl in every port....wrong! We also proved that the North and South could co exist though we had a few rough patches. He had never heard of iced coffee and I had never seen a soup bean or buttermilk or white cornbread without sugar in it
WHAT I LIKE
Church, I love my hubby of 51 years, NOTH, friends, flower gardening, computers and reading and my 12 step program
WHAT I DON'T LIKE
GOSSIP......Judgemental people, we are not walking in other's shoes. I especially do not like to be around people who think their way is the only way, that is how wars start. Some even do it in the name of God and that is sad to me.
I also will not forward any kind of chain letter or threat that says I will win $ lose friends etc. To me forwarding something to 50 people does not prove my love for God or Country. To each his own.
HOBBIES
Flower gardening is number one then teaching myself how to do new things on the computer. Then music. This past 6 months I made DVDs that could be watched on TV complete with music . I scanned 1400 slides to make one
