I'm afraid since I paid 16 cents to see 2 movies, cartoons, world news and coming attractions in my youth $7.00 for 1 movie hardly seems worth the effort. However if someone sees something and really loves it I will go see it. Precious is one I plan to see with the girls.

Love to read but can no longer read until 3 in the morning like I used to *laughing*. Just finished The Last Lecture and A Thousand Splendid Suns.I am now reading all the Barbara Taylor Bradford books I may have missed. Love Maeve Binchy too. When I find an author I like I read all her books. Just finished The Shack and Have A Little Faith by Mitch Albom which was excellent

I love cheerful colors and I'm afraid I have never been very attracted to beiges much to the dismay of some of my friends probably. I had a yellow page in 2009 that I loved so going to try yello again to cheer me up during this long cold Winter.

I love food and always have. When you turn about 50 though you kind of have to bite the bullet and eat relatively healthy. Cookies are still my weakness though. I love all seafood probably since I was born and raised in R.I.I enjoy all the Christmas goodies too like Hungarian Nut Roll and Date cookies. We eat healthy about 90% of the time but we do let hair down once in a while

Twitter stopped working and told me I needed an administrator's something or other.I enjoyed following but hated posting so I guess it's not for me. I like to try everything though.

Well we are finally going into February so Spring cannot be far off.Seems like Winter lasted longer then usual but that is probably in my head.  |
I was born and raised in R.I. We were 3 6 9 and 12 when my Mom died of breast cancer at age 32. In those days there was no chemo or radiation. Met a sailor at a local skating rink. Dated 2 years and fixed my sister up with his buddy and we had a double wedding. My father said it would never last as everyone knows sailors have a girl in every port....wrong! We also proved that the North and South could co exist though we had a few rough patches. He had never heard of iced coffee and I had never seen a soup bean or buttermilk or white cornbread without sugar in it.We have 2 grown sons and 1 daughter who lives in Cinti.I have 1 grandson who is 22. I seem to be addicted to Bejeweled Blitz that can be found on Facebook

I dislike rudeness, pessimism and people who judge others. It's just as easy to love others unconditionally I think. I have all I can do taking care of myself and my own character defects. I don't have time to worry about changing others and it's not my job anyway.
