Now movies are great little items of entertainment. Watch dramas and mysteries mostly. A body can escape into a different kind of life, ponder what is going on, pick out the hero and the villan and figure out who did what. Not always the way I think it will end. Just always hope it is not a hollywood endind. Do not like fluff movies. Some comedys are great also.

I am a country music fan from the get go. Like the old and the new as long as it is a male singer.

Sorry I could not begin to name the books I have read. They would list into the thousands. I can tell you what I read last week : "Burn Factor" by Kyle Mills, a thriller; then "Dirty Blonde" by Lisa Scottoline about a newly appointed judge. I love police stories, thrillers, dramas and court people and cases, mysteries, and historical romances. I order books from the library, even ones they haven't purchased yet. At the moment I am on the waiting list for 37 books and imagine that will increase and decrease as I get them.

My favorite colour depends on my mood. I mainly like blues and burgundys. As I was typing that I thought about all the different greens I like. Then all the pinks especially in the spring plants. Guess you could say I like all the colours even orange and purple as they do have a place in the garden.

Food, now why did you mention food. My favorite food would be a turkey brest sandwiches with mayo,salt and pepper. My second favorite would be oatmeal raisan cookies. Top that off with a hot cup of coffee and I am in heaven.

About me., well where does a body start? Do I go way back, do I start with the newest event? I consider myself a happy person on my good days. I look after my mother who is an invalid and if anyone out there has ever looked after elderly family then nothing else has to be said. On a happier note I am a brand new grandma. My daughter has a little girl. There are some medical problems but we will deal with them. I have a beautiful loving cat. Rescued her, fixed her up against the vets opinion and she is living proof that loving tender care does wonders for animals.

I like happy honest people. Especially if they smile. Who cares if their teeth are perfect? I don't anyway. The gleam in their eyes when they smile brightens up any day. I like animals of all shapes and sizes. Even the human variety. I really like to people watch, and that includes eaves dropping at a restaurant or cafe.

I really don't like mean dishonest cruel people and sadly there are to many of this kind of animal in the world. I don't like people who think I am supposed to agree with everything they say and do. I like to have my own opinion.

My main hobby is reading, romances, drama, court cases, mysteries, sci-fi. Then my garden and fish pond. Have a two thousand gallon outside fish pond with lots of lillies and other blooming plants. Spring and fall bring out the best in me with the flower gardens. I like to try new plants even if they only last a season. I watch far to much TV especially in the winter as we get a lot of rain. But I do enjoy it. Although I am not into game shows as it incourages the insecurities of people and their want of money, that necessary evil.
