Do YOu Like Old Age
Posted On 07/31/2008 22:10:19 by Link
I received this from a dear lifetime friend and since it sounds like me I had to share it with all my NOTH friends here...........enjoy. old age I decided, is a gift.

I am now, probably for the first time in my life, the person I have always wanted to be.  Oh, not my body!  I sometimes despair over my body, the wrinkles, the baggy eyes, and the sagging butt.  And often I am taken aback by that old person that lives in my mirror (who looks like my mother!)... I must warn you that by the time I reached the end, I was crying. Lemon CRABBY old MAN

I must say I was nicely surprised at the challenge fixing my pc gave me. I thought it was way too difficult for me to even attempt but found it such fun to have a go. I followed lots of advice from some of my teci Noth friends and the journey began. It was a great learning experience while I didnt fix my problem after 3 serious days of loading and reloading and then the black screen of death. The tecnician that did get me back up and running informed me it was a software problem that I couldnt h... Read More

The Old Man and his Dog
Posted On 07/17/2008 06:46:39 by Thundercloud
I see an old man walking slowly down the sidewalk with a small dog on a leash. The old man is hunched and barely able to walk. The small brown and white dog isn't barking. He's trying to walk as slowly as the old man holding the leash. They look like good friends.

The old man is so bent-over that his face is pointing directly at the sidewalk. He cannot straighten himself up. He is shuffling more than walking and it is taking a long time for him to cross the width of m... Read More
