I'm really getting frustrated with a person I shall not name. She asked to be my friend several weeks ago, I accepted her and poof! she was gone by the next morning. Where's the Time?

Today I joined one of my oldest friends for coffee at one of our local coffee shops. I had not seen her since last summer. During our working years we saw each other every day and that daily interaction helped us get to know each other in ways you don’t really think about but it was helping to build a foundation for a lifetime friendship.  I am in so much pain. I need to be asleep but I hurt too much and just cannot seem to get comfortable. I figure I might as well make the best of it and study. I hear Russell and my brother both snoring down the hall and wish that I could join them. I am so very tired.
