Sunny 40s here.

Fed and watered birds and cats. cleaned litter box, got Paisley's thyroid

cream put on her ear. Cooked roast beef and veggies several more hours

and now cooking before get into frig containers. Think I'll go ahead and freeze

some in small container now. Tastes good.

Judy and I both got letters from hospital saying they'd been hacked and patient

info compromised..said enroll in free 1 year protection plan so did that yday..she will

do so too this WE. I kept asking no cost to us? and they said yes and would cease

after 1 year, so we shall see.

Feeling better..keeping small amount of food in tummy every few hours is helping

keeping nausea down but still experience some diarrhea occasionally..hope the Align

probiotics eventually restores the proper bacteria levels in my gut. My son and wife

take them too and swear by them. She has irritable bowel syndrome and says they

have helped her a lot.

We have 2 small cafes competing in town for customers and 1 finally closed few weeks

ago. They;re just open from 6AM to 2 PM and closed on WEs, but on Fridays stay open till 8PM and

usually offer fish dinner for $12 and seem to be doing a good business then. Hope they

make it. They have the best lemonade for $3..Judy says is from a machine and is

Tropicana brand. I got cheeseburger, fries and lemonade Fri night for $13 and was

enough for 2 meals for me..will finish it off today for lunch..

Felt better today. Ate a little bit every 2 hrs and keeping a bit

of food in tummy helps keeps nausea down. Diarrhea is unpredictable

tho..went 2 dys without and today had one session..what I eat doesnt

seem to matter. Am trying Kaopectate tablets now vs liquid which is

sickening.

Nabor Bobby just dropped by telling me he found someone who

will put plastic on front porch windows for me next week sometime.

So hard to find a handyman these days!

Freezing rain and snow forecast SaT Afternoon ad 20s temps,,

not looking forward to that.

Judy just here and vacced and took out trash,,she loves her air fryer

and nearly has me talked into one. Says brand Ninja is good. Having

her keep an eye out for me for good price as aren't cheap.
