“Life is what we make it, always has been, always will be Thursday…Nothing more pleasurable than opening our eyes and realizing that every day, God gives us a chance to try again. Of not looking back. To love, smile and live
Yes that is my husband in my profile picture. Thank you so sorry about your grandmother. It was my daddys home then our home all I have ever known. It has been a real journey. He bought me a home for my retirement gift and when the man came to start the demo on the old one I gasped and he looked at me I told him no it is all good all my life I have had 2 roofs over my head, My daddys and ours. I did say that is kinda like staight through the heart. Yes I am a Bon Jovi fan. But enoughmy brother was stationed in Watertown are you close to there. I may have asked you before and if I did sorry. Iam blue blazin hot here in the south. Have a nice day and week
Good Wednesday evening to you. I live about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls outside of Buffalo. I see on the map Watertown is North of me. It is warm here now also. What state do you live in? I lived in Florida most of my life but returned here to my birthplace in 2015. I love it here except for a few frigid weeks in the Winter. I could do without those lol. That is a very nice picture of you and a sweet story of your home. Such special memories you have. Hope you have a good night. Hugs, Jackie
The light of the Lord will shine on your path tod“Its Wednesday again, have a great day and a sweet moment that will always be in your heart and always remember that God’s favor follows you in whatever and wherever you goay and forevermore. You will be the light in other people’s life because you are blessed beyond every limit.”
Is that your husband with you in your proilfe picture? Wow 45 years of marriage is a long time. That was wonderful and such a special blessing to have all those years together. COPD is rough. My grandmother had emphysema and I think that may be the same as Copd or similar. She struggled for so many years. So sad.
Finally is sunny and no rain today and Monday..course is steamy and humid so must run
ACs but am so glad is not gloomy and overcast.
The apple cider vinegar soaked cloth atop the trash can seems to be deterring the raccoon! 3
nights in a row with no raid! Cardinals and Robins are eating the cut up red grapes
and fly away with them as well,, perhaps to feed babies. Orioles still feasting on grape
jelly but have had to keep replacing it as rain dilutes it and they wont eat it when watery.
I prepped ground last night by arbor where i used to train up cherry tomatoes and am going to try cantelope there this year and grow it vertically, Had a volunteer come up in compost
pile years ago and vine up on the fence so know can do it... and they taste so much better
than store bought ones. But am going to have to put up short fence around it as cats like
to poop in freshly dug dirt! Will wait till evening after sun goes down to work outside.
Calif son Mark called and chatted few minutes ago, Said he saw a crow "commit suicide" [lol]
yday by jumping in front of car that hit him,,,said he looked old and sick.
Well the steroids will definitely help calms things down but yes, they can make one feel funny for sure. My aunt has breathing issues with asthma and other reasons and has to take steroids from time to time and her kids call them her crazy meds lol. And I hear they can make one cranky and want to eat everything in sight. No wonder why we can take them for very long lol. Glad your doctor is your new bestie. That is awesome haha :)
I hope your day is wonderful to you. I started out with benadryl then went to clorox and now using vicks vapor rub it is doing better now I just smell alittle funnylol.I have been working in my garden alittle and in the greenhouse some.
Well you have definitely sanitized your skin 😀 hope the itch is not that bad for you. I have always heard it is with poison ivy. That is wonderful you have a greenhouse. Am sure there is alot of beauty in there as well as your garden. Beautiful day here in Buffalo today. About 77 degrees. We just about hit 90 the other day and I think it is much too early in the year for that kind of heat lol. Calling for rain tomorrow and we sure could use some. Fingers crossed. Hope you have a beautiful Sunday. Hugs, Jackie
