I missed visiting The Hill yesterday as our internet was out for hours. Hope all is well with you. It's a muggy, icky weather day here and to stay humid for the next many days. The weather girl said, "summer like". She wasn't joking. Sunday we are to reach near 90 with feels-like temps in the low 90s. Please go away, summer. You are no longer desired. Have a great afternoon and evening. I'm looking forward to the weekend, are you? Cheryl, I hope you feel better soon. I'm sorry you have Covid.

Are you ready for Thankful Thursday?  Do you have a list of things?  I surely do!  

Keep adding to that list and counting your Blessings every day.  It grows much quicker than the Trials list.  

Even if you think you have problems, God might change them into Blessings in the near future!  

Rain can be a problem and or a Blessing.  Maybe it isn't about you but your neighbor or your friend that needs it.  

After all, look what happens after the rain is gone.  It may take a week or two or a lifetime for God to show you the Blessings.  Or you may never know because it was about someone else receiving the Blessing.

Greetings and Hugs

I hope you are enjoying a terrific Tuesday. We had quite a bit of wind and rain last night from the tropical storm. At our house, 3.5" of rain. My kids live across town and got 4.25". The wind gave my flowers a serious beating, the poor things. But we wanted/needed rain so no complaints. Cheryl, my allergies seem to always be worse in the fall when things are dying back and going to seed. I keep tissues at hand at all times.

A smile is a nice way to start this Tuesday and every day until you realize...  

You don't ever just ignore that feeling, do you?  Me either!  

But sometimes, I just get up and go outside to look at the flowers and talk to the critters.  

I love to watch Hummingbirds with my iPad opened to my latest Kindle book.  

Why does anyone want to clean inside when there is so much to see and do outside?  

However, on days where the humidity is 90% (like yesterday), I might rush through a few inside chores so I can get back here on the computer just to see you and say...

morning Cheryl. Waiting on some cool weather here. Still.  It's been gray and soggy for days here. Have a wonderful new week.

Monday is here and it is the last week of summer.  

Kiss Summer goodbye!  All those tall flowers will soon be gone.  

The beautiful butterflies of summer will come back next year.  Oh you might still see a few for a while longer on other flowers.  

Others may try to hide out and hang on to summer as long as possible.  

But try as you might, you can't hide from the fact that summer is going to start saying goodbye.  

The sun will still be there and try to make a comeback with a higher temperature now and then.  

But change is on the way with lots of less daylight hours as Fall begins to take over.  So sit back and enjoy the ride!  

Relax this week and go with the flow.  Hugs

Even though it started off rainy here it's been a productive day and now the rest of the weekend should be relaxing, I hope!

The weekend is here.  Summer is back for a while so let's make the most of it.  

Do something with your friends.  Find someone who has a pool and go swimming.  

Maybe you have a friend whose family has a boat and you can go out on the lake for a ride.  

The Plano Hot Air Balloon Fest is next weekend.  That is always a fun event to go to in the early morning or in the early evening.  

Whatever you do with your friends this weekend, do it in Love and Grace!  

I hope you had a wonderful day.  I really enjoyed my day at work.  I am watching college football tonight.  See you in the morning before more football starts again.
