Hi Cheryl, Sorry to hear about your Son's accident. I hope that he heals well. I can imagine how upset you must have been. Take care and stay strong. All the best, Hugs! Dianne.
Tuesday is finally here. This continuous below freezing thing is ... well, many of you know and some of you don't even mind it.
However, I am looking for the sun. Have you seen it? If so, will you please send it to Fate, Texas!
It is dark and dreary here and I sure miss the sunshine! It isn't white or bright, just gray and dreary. But this too shall pass.
So what do you do? Do you look at pretty pictures or do you have a favorite memory or do you read a book?
What do I do, you ask! I just find something that puts a smile in my heart.
You know, like hearing from you! I love talking, texting and being on my computer! I love reading, watching Chritian movies, and gardening. OK, I will save the gardening for warmer weather.
Hello Cheryl, quite a difference in our temps. It's 66 here and feels good after a chilly weekend. More cold on the way later in the week. I got the laundry hung out today while it wasn't so cold. happy new week!
Sunday, Sunday... I've been singing that song this morning, Are you ready for this new week of winter? I am not but you already know that.
I am ready for another cup of Coffee and maybe a cup of Hot Chocolate a little later. Lots of crazy people are tailgating for the Cowboys/Packers game today. Maybe not quite as many as usual.
I wonder if we will get any snow by morning's light? Even if we do, snow is never this beautiful in Texas.
Whether the sun is coming up or going down, just looking at pictures, the snow looks so beautiful. So whether we like Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, (at least I changed the song in my head) it is just a season of life and it will change soon.
Caturday is here again. What will you accomplish today? Do you have things to do on the weekends?
Did you ever do a tea party with the cats, dogs, babydolls or maybe your sisters?
I think starting this weekend will be a great time to have coffee in front of the fireplace and snuggle up with the cats, dogs, and the grandkids.
For me winter is a great time to get things done inside the house. Cleaning warms me up and makes me feel good that I got something done. Because I sure don't want to be outside.
Snow falling as the sun is coming up is a beautiful sight. So whatever you have planned for this Caturday and weekend, enjoy it to the fullest.
Our Thursday is beautiful. But we are trying to get things ready for teens and single digits. I keep hoping the forecast will change and this weather will miss us.
I always worry about the animals. Surely they are gathering up food now.
God always provides and they all seem to find food and drink. They can be the most creative.
Mother Nature and Old Man Winter has sure got the decorating bug this year.
Sometimes winter looks good on you. I hope you are getting ready for the weekend.
good morning Cheryl, nasty storms here yesterday knocked out our power and thousands of other people. Sure was glad when it blew out and power was restored about an hour before dark. We stay prepared for hurricanes here in FL so we made out okay. Happy Wednesday.
