If you are cold, tea will warm you. If you are too heated, it will cool you. If you are depressed it will cheer you. If you are excited it will calm you.
May you have some wonderful moments during the day sipping on a cup tea or coffee and a friend beside you or in your thoughts . Smiles Gloria.
A nice day to you. Hope your moments are being nice to you. The snow is falling down ever so nicely that I just know I can catch a snowflake with my tongue if I really try when I do my errands later on. My how tasty it will be. In the mean time I am enjoying some french vanila & almond flavored coffee to make my day even more special. May you have a nice weekend. Smiles Gloria Treat everyone with politeness, even those who are rude to you — not because they are nice, but because you are. ~Author Unknown
MY list - hmm - well, I have 2 pages of "THINGS TO DO DAILY".... not as colorful as yours and probably not as attainable either...But, I'm heating up a frozen pizza and then, will probably nap.........LOL but still have a lot of pills to get caught up on today.
Thank you for the lovely greeting...it fit in very well as a wish for someone who had returned from a brain-rattling visit with my doc. Fortunately, my daughter was there with me to input and receive "bottom line" answers. That cup of tea looked so welcome that I've had several more. Sadly, my pretty cups are left back north in storage but I occasionally get to Thrift Stores to try to find replacements for down here as I very much enjoy a good cup of tea in a special cup.
I am enjoying a refreshing cup of some flavored pumpkin spice coffee at the moment.. Hope your day is being nice to you as it is for me doing this and that as the moments are giving me happiness and joy. Now what should I do next? I know clean up some more of the dust bunnies that are hidding around the home. Smiles Gloria
I've learned to be happy with what I have, and even if I lost it, I'd still be happy, because (see start of sentence.) ~Robert Brault,
Such a beautiful Tuesday wintery day. The birds are busy by the feeder enjoying themselves. Once in awhile the squirrel flys onto the feeder for a treat. Wow, such a sight to see. May you have a glorious week smiling and giggling and humming a tone as your enjoying your moments of life what ever it is giving you. Smiles Gloria
John Wayne knew the "basics of some lives", eh? His voice and "swagger" still linger in my cache of good memories and smiles......Happy Thanksgiving to you!
And so you have friends from England staying with you, that must be nice,,have you been over to visit them ?.
My hometown in England is called Birkenhead, it is directly across the River Mersey from the city of Liverpool.
I was last over there in 2017 when I stayed with my sister Pat for a few days.
We have lived in Canada since 1975.
All is well here. I tried roller skating again on Saturday (my wife thinks I am crazy) I have skated maybe 8 times this past summer. When i first started I was falling over more than I was on my feet. but I am getting better. did not fall once yesterday
It is our Thanksgiving Day on Monday 14th and,as always, we will be at our daughter Angela's home. all of the family will be there
Hope you are enjoying your company.
Keep in touch.
Hugs.

Hello, Lenny! Hope you both are doing well. My friends fromi England will be leaving next week (much too soon!) so I'll be catching up here after that!
Geri,,, the first time we went to Florida was in about 1977-78. We went in July and it was toooo hot.
Our children were about 11 and 8 years old at the time. We took them to Disneyland and of course they loved it.
We have been back a few times though the years but never in July,, always the winter months.
Last time we were there would have been about 8 years ago.
We are having a hot summer but we had a cold and wet spring.
Take care.

HI, LENNY. GLAD TO HEAR YOU HAD A GOOD TRIP. HOPE THE WEATHER WAS FINE. IT'S BEEN STORMING HERE IN FLA SINCE JULY (THOUGH IT SEEMS LIKE 100 YEARS) AND WE HAVE MUDDY YARDS AND SMALL POOLS EVERYWHERE - I'VE CLIPPED THE HIBISCUS TO THE ALMOST BEAR LOW BRANCHES, HOPING THEY DON'T DROWN! WE'RE ALL DOING OKAY HERE AND I HOPE YOU BOTH ARE THE SAME!
Hey Geri.
thank you, we were out on the east coast of Canada for 9 days,, a coach tour. a lovely part of the world.
Hoping all is well with you and your family ?
Hugs.

WELCOME BACK, YOU TWO! HOPE YOU HAD A VERY ENJOYABLE LONG WEEKEND AWAY!
Thank you for the kind comment. I feel the same about you, also. I love Alabama the band also. I have to laugh about the "musical feud" between them & Neil Young. I can't get here as often as I wish I could. Here's wishing you a great weekend. Stop on over to my page anytime for iced tea & scones. I think I have a picture of scones there. Have a great weekend & I hope to be back on The Hill next week. Hugs T P
