Oh no!  It is Sunday already and I will work every day this week.  How do I watch the Super Bowl and get enough sleep?  

I will be so excited by the time it is over that I won't be able to sleep.  My two favorite quarterbacks are playing so I can't lose.  One is from the State of Texas (Texas Tech)  and the other is also from the Big 12 Conference (Iowa State).  

No matter what the day looks like, it will be a beautiful Sunday full of Blessings!  

Look around you every day because there are so many things to make your day a happy day!

Good Morning!  This will be my last post for a while.  

Tomorrow, Friday, I will be back at work.  I am so blessed to be there for the single ladies Valentine celebration that Kelly gives her clients each year.  

What a great time for Jody to take a vacation to be with family!  I will be working all next week.   I might or might not get to post a bulletin, however, I will try to read your notes and respond when I have time after work each day.  

Please know that I will be doing what I love to do, helping Kelly & her clients each day.   It will be a fun vacation for me!  

I will be back sometime after the 16th unless I surprise you with a bulletin!  You will still be in my prayers daily and each day I will be wishing you ... 

Middle of the week and the Super Bowl will be here soon.  Also look for a big announcement from me tomorrow.  

Everyday please celebrate life!  You were made for a reason and life is about completing that reason.  

I hope you are enjoying the happy, sad and fun times each day and looking forward to what comes next.  

We don't get to start over, but sometimes we can pick a new book or path and go a different direction.

Amazing Day!  What can we get into today?  We got rain Friday night and it is a bit cooler but we don't have any temperatures near freezing this week.  

Winter pictures are so beautiful and I love seeing the sunrise everyday.  Some of you see this a lot right now.  

I also love pictures of water, creeks, rivers and in winter some are iced over.  

From sunrise to sunset, Winter can be a lovely time of year.  I am thankful for all the seasons and most of you know that I am ready for Spring and for the hot temperatures of Summer.  

If you are still cold and have snow, I hope that you are enjoying it.  Please have a peaceful and Blessed Tuesday.  

Every day is a gift from above.  So shall we make the most of this day?

This rabbit is lucky to have found a carrot to eat.  This snowman is not so lucky to have his nose eaten by the rabbit.  

Flowers are beautiful and a great gift for Valentine's Day even looking at them from the bottom side.  

Tulips are a great gift any time just to show someone you care about them.  It is all about Perspective.  You might think a gift is unlucky but it might turn out to be very lucky!

With all the ups and downs of temperatures, with snow, rain, and sunshine we welcome February.  

Have you ever thought of the extremes and records set in the past?  So, from 93° to -2° is a big difference.  Welcome to Texas!  

Yesterday Rbt gave our girls all a bath and then took them to get their nails grinded down.  They were so happy!  

My indoor flowers are loving the new grow light and some sunshine.  Orchid, Christmas Cactus and Anthurium are all blooming in this photo!  

And some of our plants that are under the plastic are blooming too.  Just look at those strawberry plants.  Last year I got a record crop as I have had these plants for at least 4 years or more.  Clouds, Rain and Cooler temps are in the forecast.

This Thursday is a Dog's Life.  Some dogs have it made and just lay around, eat treats and watch their iPad all day.  

Some days you just don't want to get out of bed and even if you do, you just don't seem to get anythng done.  

One in a while you just have a day that is depressing and sad.  Even though that is his look every day.  

Then a friend comes along online or for a visit and it changes your whole day!  Friends are like that when they share their love with you.  

We have arrived at the middle of the week.  Today is our last day of mostly sunny weather.  The clouds move back in tomorrow and rain will be here for the weekend.  

So today we will enjoy the beach as we will be in the upper 60's again today.  

Let's walk under the palm trees as the sun comes up in all of the glorious colors of daybreak.  

Maybe we will be lucky enough to see the dolphins jump for joy as the colors blend from sky to water.  I love you Cricket!  

As we take one last look at the end of the day, may you be completely Seahabilitated and at peace for a restful night of slumber.  

One of my favorite days!  Tacos!!!  and  SUNSHINE!!!  Sunday night we had a beautiful full moon.  

No better way to start the day than to have sun in your eyes and watch the sunflowers follow the sun as it moves across the sky.  

This is already true for many kids that can't read cursive!  Some grandparents love sending cards to their grands that can't read it.  I could name names!  

I would not trade a second of the time we grew up in and the memories we made.  I feel sorry for kids growing up in the world of today.  

Let's ride off into a day of looking back when times were so much simpler with our memories of yesteryear!  I dream of Jeannie!  

Let us start the week off right!  It is a matter of attitude.  How do we do that?

How about thinking of something or watching something that puts a smile on your face?  Did it work?  

Do you ever wonder why you are here?  I do and I wonder what I still need to accomplish while I am here.  What is my purpose?  

It takes teamwork most days and positive words from those we talk to and consider our friends.  

Thank you for being my friend and for shining your light to make the world brighter.  

Sunday is here and it is supposed to be SUNNY.  We might have 2 days in a row with the possibility of a third day before the clouds show up again.  

Can you feel it, the sunshine?  It is such an amazing feeling.  Our dogs spend so much time outside when the sun is shining on their bed on the patio.  

Even when the temperatures are cold, the dogs know the importance of sunshine warming their bodies and getting vitamin D naturally.  

The natural instinct of animals is amazing!  They also know that love is the most powerful of all.  

Always choose to share love.  Let it seep from deep within you to everyone you encounter.  Blessings & Hugs!

Friday is here already!  Where did the week go?  We actually ran errands and the pantry is stocked up again!  

I thought I had better take an extra minute to check on each of you!  How was your week?  

Some of you have had rain this week instead of snow.  Did you see any beautiful lightning?  

Or maybe you saw a beautiful rainbow!  Have you ever seen both at the same time?  I haven't.  

We had thunder only once this week with no lightning.  Maybe we will get both this evening.  I do enjoy it a lot!  Hope you are ready for the weekend because here it comes.  I hope it is warm enough to go out to play in our last rain!  

Cardinals are beautiful in every season.  Their colors really "pop" in winter.  

Are you still getting a lot of snow?  We have been a bit warmer and are getting rain.  

How much is too much for you?  Is it time to dig your way out?  

At least some share their responsibilities and take turns helping to raise young ones.  Or like in our home, one cooks and the other one cleans up.

Smile!  We made it another day!  Half way through a week.  We have had between 2.5"-3" of rain for this week.  

Just how cold does it have to be to do that?  I hope it is never that cold where I am!!!  

No matter how cold it is, I need sunshine.  It always makes me feel so much better.  Our dogs love it too!  

Snow, Rain, or Sunshine... don't forget to check on someone this Wednesday.  They might need your help today!  

The rain started long before this Tuesday morning.  We have had 1" of nice slow soaking rain.  

Yes our high today is mid 50's but not much chance for sunshine.  

Drip, drip, drip!  No hanging out clothes on the line today!  

There has to be an easier way to get a drink and a bath than this!  

When will the cute hummingbirds be back for me to watch all day long?  

I hope all this rain means flowers will be popping up soon and hummingbirds will be returning!  Enjoy your day!  

Do you still have snow?  We have been cold again but we didn't get any more snow!  I hope we don't get any more this year!  

If you still have snow, I hope this puts a smile on your face.  The rain has started here and we are getting freezing rain in the area.  

I hope that I make you smile once in a while!  I also hope that you are staying warm as I think we are all in the same cold boat.  

Somewhere someone has it worse than we do too.  Our ground was frozen last week and I am not sure it has thawed yet.  

I am heading outside today to see if the birds have food but I really hope the squirrel hasn't eaten it all already.  Enjoy the new week ahead!

It is Sunday and still cold.  Then we are expecting rain next week almost every day.  

From snow to rain!  Mother Nature and Ole Man Winter are playing tag... your turn!  

We just need to learn to love every minute of every day!  Even if things don't go smoothly, it means the day can get better.  

Before you know it the day will be over and it will have been as graceful and smooth as geese landing on the water.  

Then as you turn out the lights at the end of the day, be sure to give thanks as you count your blessings!

Do your animals enjoy the cold weather?  Our dogs go in and out the doggy door all year long.  However, they go out less in the winter.  Our dogs might be spoiled!  

We don't get a lot of snow most of the time and there are some years, we don't get any.  However, we are cold enough to see ice crystals form, if one chooses to go outside and try it.  

I did remember to get more birdseed put out before it got cold again.  The squirrels must enjoy the cold weather because I can still hear them jumping on the roof from the trees.  

Cats, dogs, birds, or whatever the animals, most seem to enjoy the winter much more than I do.  I hope you are enjoying the weekends no matter if you are inside or outside or what your weather is like!
