We really turned cold. Wow, I was so cold last night. y old bones were feeling it bad. lol lol... We were suppose to be warm this weekend, but it isn't happening.
My daughter didn't get to come up again this weekend. Her cat is sick and she can't leave her. So I really miss her. But her little cat is so sweet and she is getting old and I don't want her to leave her. She didn't want Sarah to have to be alone with her. I pretty sure her hubby probably came up to visit his family as his mom and dad are very ill. I hope you have a wonderful evening. God Bless you tonight. Sweet dreams my friends. The sun is setting here and there are dark clouds so I think rain might be in the forecast. Another day is over and we have so much to be thankful for. God is so good to us. I am so very blessed. I forgot to tell you my kids came over last night with dinner and my Mandie, when she got off from work, brought me a dozen of beautiful roses. Oh my goodness, I almost cried. She is such an angel. I said you must love me and she said YES!! I am so blessed to have such a beautiful daughter-in-law.. She is so good to me and Eddie. She had went to the store Thursday night and got food for dinner for us. We always pick up our son and then get Seth from school and we eat together. So Ken said mom, mandie got the food last night. Oh my goodness, we had a feast. If I tell you all that we had, your mouth will start watering. lol lol Pork Chops, fried shrimp in the air fryer, veggie plate with turkey sausage, mac and cheese, dressing and green beans. The veggie tray was so good. It has so much good stuff on it. So it was a feast. Yummy!! We didnt' have any dessert. We didn't need any. Bye for now sweetie. Talk to you tomorrow. Are you having a good Friday, I hope? It's a sunny one here and going to be another hot one. But we got almost 3/4" of rain yesterday and that is wonderful. I know the flowers did a happy dance to have a drink from Mother Nature. Anything special going on with you this weekend? Tomorrow we are going over to Melanie's for "family fun day". Ok, it'll be family (Dave, myself, and our girls) but I'm not entirely sure of the fun part. See, Melanie has bought a house and will be moving next week. A lovely home on about 6 acres of land. So we are all going over to help her pack up and load the POD. Movers will take care of the furniture on Thursday after her closing. We are all so excited for her. She will be just 10 minutes from me as opposed to the 30 minutes she is in her current home.

Hello hump day! If we squint, we can see the weekend coming into view. And I'm REALLY looking forward to the weekend b/c it's supposed to cool down and be a bit less humid. YAY! Good morning, George:) I'd heard so many negative things about Win10 that when I got a new PC in Jan I was terrified. Just to weigh in w/another report... Win10 is no better, no worse than any other upgrade MS has given us, and we continue to 'get along'. Good luck! -di
Good Morning George, I just got a new laptop too and I have to say Windows 10 has taken quite a bit of getting used to. I am feeling more comfortable with it now though. Hope it's cooled off a little your way.
