It is a time to remember that Jesus was born for his presence to be with us every day!

Hello George, we got rain over the weekend too but no bad weather along with it, thankfully. Now we are gloomy and gray and chilly as we wait Santa's arrival. Have a good week and a wonderful Christmas!

So what did you ask Santa for this year?  Is there anything you really want?  Have you been good?  

Since I am working and have a little $ showing up in my bank, I bought myself a new wristlet purse.  When I showed it to hubby, he said, "Boy, I have good taste."  Yes he does!  After all, he married me!  That was the day before the haircut!  

Did you have to ship any gifts?  Do you think they will get there in time?  Both my families came to visit the second week of December and we celebrated birthdays, including Jesus!  No shipping for us.  

I hope you get everything you want this year.  Maybe a new teddy bear.  And I pray that the wonderful message of Christmas is in our hearts.  

The one true gift is all we need.  Jesus was born to die for all of our sins.

Thanks for being such faithful friends who post even when I am not here to answer.  What JOY you have given me to read and re-read, to laugh and cry, to ah! and to ohh! the beautiful messages you have left me.  

The old light that has been up over 16 years had to come down.  

The new LED light went up and it comes on at dusk and goes off at dawn (like the old one used to do).  

And it might be twice as bright as the old one.  Ok, we didn't know the difference in lumens between the mercury bulb and the LED bulb until after it was up.  Hope the neighbors don't complain.  

Time for Christmas nails and a haircut.  Ok, it is a little too short; but hey, it will grow out again.  

I hope to be back again soon.  But for now I will wish you Blessings and Hugs !  

MERRY CHRISTMAS, GEORGE.   WE HAVE HAD VERY BAD WINDS.  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WINDS.   YESTERDAY IT TOOK DOWN PART OF OUR FENCE.   NOW WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL SPRING TO FIND SOMEONE TO PUT UP A NEW ONE.   THE WIND BROKE THE POSTS OFF AT GROUND LEVEL SO THERE IS NO WAY TO FIX IT THE WAY IT IS.   WE ARE ALSO TRYING TO FIND SOMEONE THAT CAN CUT OUR BACKYARD TREE DOWN.  ITS NOW LEANING TOWARD OUR HOUSE.   BUT PEOPLE ARE CHARGING WAY TO MUCH MONEY TO DO THIS KIND OF WORK.   MY HUSBAND AND I ARE IN OUR 80'S AND JUST DON'T HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY.  SO WE ARE PRAYING GOD SENDS US SOMEONE THAT WILL FIX IT A LOT CHEAPER FOR US.   KEEPING YOU IN OUR PRAYERS.   GOD BLESS YOU GEORGE WITH TOTAL HEALING.    ((((((HUGS))))))   LEE
