Thankful Sunday! Be sure to read the bulletin that I posted that Dove (Sue) shared with me.
Boy, if we could just bottle a day like today. We started at 43° this morning and should be in the mid 70's again today. I like fall when the temperatures give us a break from the 90's and 100's ... but there is nothing like Spring when new life starts to appear and I know we are changing our time for more daylight.
So, I'm off to enjoy the last part of this weekend and see what hasn't happened yet. Hope you are doing the same as the Blessings & Hugs are being sent to you!
George, love that picture of the horses and the beautiful sky they have to enjoy!
It's a perfect moring for a hot cup of tea. 41* right now with high of 61. Brrrrr. Time to get my fall furnace check scheduled. It can turn really cold really quickly in Ohio. Hope your day is warm and full of sunshine! Hugs, Nancy
IT WAS ONLY 43 WHEN I GOT UP THIS MORNING. GUESS WE WILL HAVE TO TURN OUR HEAT ON NOW. AIR WAS ON YESTERDAY. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND GEORGE. GOD BLESS YOU. LEE

Top of the morning and wishing you a beautiful weekend. Got down into the 50's last night and only 70's today. Relax this weekend and share a kind word and smile....George
It is Friday and the weekend is in sight. The winds are slowly shifting from S to W and soon N. We are 78° now and "supposed" to be in the 40's for 3 nights in a row. Then a week of 50's for lows and upper 70's for highs. It will sure be nice weather for the last weekend of the Texas State Fair.
In just two weeks we will "fall back" and it will be dark by 5 pm. I really hate falling backwards. Wish we could leave the time change in the "spring forward" mode forever.
So are you almost ready for next weekend? My girls would NEVER stand for this. Well, if they knew a treat was coming they might.
I have done my part. I have changed from Pumpkins to Bats. This picture doesn't do it justice because they change colors from iridescent blue to iridescent purple. Bats are really good creatures.
Share your smile.
The wind just changed to the North and blew stuff in the entryway to the floor.
Or the bats knocked it down. I just can't decide.
But Blessings and Hugs are wished for you this weekend.
The rain is gone and it is a misty, dreary day. We are still a little warm and humid but cooler temperatures are promised for us in the next week. Tropical Depression Pamela gave us 2" but areas (Kyle Kid included) got up to 5" of rain.
This is the perfect weather for a nap even though I rarely take them. My Hubby would say every day is a perfect day for a nap.
I just don't seem to have much "get up and go" today. But alas, we have errands to run. So I best be getting in gear.
good-morning, been really busy the last few days. taking advantage of nice days to get all of my outside stuff done before it gets cold out. hope all is well with you and you are enjoying this fall season..marykay
WE HAD BAD STORMS MONDAY AND THEY ARE CALLING FOR THEM AGAIN TODAY. SURE HOPE THEY MISS US. I'M TIRED OF ALL THE TORNADO WATCHES. GOD BLESS YOU GEORGE. LEE

A very good day to you. Strong storms predicted for us today and tomorrow but will believe it when I see it. Enjoy the rest of the week and take care.....George
Everyone in Texas is talking about me... I am on the news a lot. OK, I am also getting a lot of text comments from my friends too... troublemaker, dangerous, crazy, wreck havoc, naughty, go somewhere else...
Now come on, is that fair? We are getting a light shower right now but we are promised rain tomorrow. They should all be thanking me, right?
Just wait until tomorrow. Ok, I am working tomorrow so enjoy Taco Tuesday and Enchilada Wednesday. I'll be back soon so share your smile with everyone you encounter because the sun will soon be shining again.
Enjoying another beautiful fall day. It's still near 80* which is high for this time of year. The sunshine sure is welcome. Our fall is unusually warm but I'll take it. I do love the cooler temps though, jeans and sweatshirts! Leaves are just starting to change finally. May your day be blessed with the splendor of autumn. Hugs, Nancy
