It's a lazy kind of day - has cooled off but still a little humid. More rain forecast today and I hope we get some this time! Have a wonderful day and take time to smell the flowers! Hugs, Nancy
Another busy day around here. We just got back from the eye glass doctor. She changed his prescription from when he saw her 6 weeks ago. His Glaucoma doctor recommended this Pediatric Ophthalmologist because of the prism in his glasses and his slanted, double vision. Then she recommended this Optical place because they have a lab on-site and are good with prisms in glasses. So for the last 6 weeks he hasn't had glasses that work for him. We have hope again now.
It is so humid outside that it is hard to catch your breath. Yesterday scattered showers left us with 4/10" rain and because of clouds around the temperatures aren't too high, just humid.
I think I forgot to tell you my Longhorns lost Saturday night. Tonight we will watch the final college baseball game to see who the winner is for this year.
I feel like I have missed a week with visiting friends in Lubbock and running errands since we got back. Thanks again for keeping me posted on your life and for sharing your smile with others. I'll check on you again soon!
HAVE A GREAT DAY. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR WIFE. LEE

A good day to you my friend. Another beautiful day here expecting rain. Have a squirrel feeder with two enjoying the corn on cob and what they don't eat birds keep what's fallen on the ground cleaned up. Hope the day is as beautiful as you are......George
It's just that kind of week - staying hydrated! So hot, muggy and storms each day so far and to continue this week. I miss sitting on my porch! Wishing you an awesome day! Hugs, Nancy
Our 4 dogs were very glad we came back home from our trip. Hubby checked on them a bunch while we were gone on our cams.
Today I went to pick up the Edward Jones ladies. Tisha will be 35 tomorrow and we took her to lunch today at Salt Grass.
Then I had to stop at Tuesday Morning and Hobby Lobby before my car would come home. I don't really have any room on the fence but aren't they pretty!
And I'm hoping that Hubby can find a way to drill a hole in the top of this beautiful blue fish (there is already a hole in the bottom) so I can use it to make a hummingbird bird bath. Do you have any suggestions on how to drill a hole in ceramic?
So now I need to pay a few bills for the first of the month. Can you believe June is almost over?
How are you? I hope life smiles at you today ... Here I send you this sensational flower, which I hope you like. Happy Tuesday!!! Many kisses and a big hug.
Julie and I have been best friends for over 45 years and the four of us, best friends, for about 40. Needless to say, a fun time was had by all!
They love to cook and we all love to eat. Went out to a really great Mexican Food restaurant too. Even came home with frozen food from their freezer.
They work in their yard even more than we do and it is just beautiful. Pink the standard poodle is the best behaved dog in the world. She loves posing for pictures.
They have about 60 koi fish in the pond their kids built for them. It was their second pond built as the first one at their other house was much smaller.
Well, I must get back to putting stuff away and cleaning up around here. I just want you to know how much I have enjoyed reading all the comments while we were gone.
good morning George, very soggy for us here too with several days of rain. Sure is keeping the temps down though. Have a good new week as we say goodbye to June and welcome July.
WE HAD A HORRIBLE DAY TODAY. TONS OF TORNADOS ALL DAY LONG. FLOODING RAINS ALSO. HAVE A BLESSED WEEKEND. GOD BLESS YOU. LEE

Good day to you and wishing a happy weekend for you. We have rain predicted for al of next week but that is fine with me. Time of year for unusual heat in some areas and prayers the water stays with them. Have a great new week coming up and share your smiles......George
