I hope you are having a serene Sunday. Another lovely fall day here and I've placed my order for more of the same all week. Relax and have a sweet afternoon.
Can you feel the weekend getting close? Today is a lovely, cool day and I've done some work outside. Dave dug out and transplanted my Scotch broom plant (it got too big for the space) the other day and I mulched the part of my flower garden where it had been. And did more leaf sweeping. If I keep the porches fairly cleaned off, the dogs don't track in stuff. Now I am getting ready to throw together a quiche for supper shortly. How has your day been?
It was such a bright Hunter's SuperMoon last night. I texted a couple of pictures and got several in return. Remember that we all look at the same moon!
I love sunrises as they flood our living room most mornings.
My indoor plants love the east window without the dark solar screen on it like all the other windows have on them.
It was a cold morning for us. Some of my plants are happy and blooming!
I am NOT ready to pull out the plastic and move plants from all over the yard to life under the plastic. I will check on Saturday (since I work tomorrow) to see if any were damaged with this cold snap.
Now I must get things finished today so I can work tomorrow. Good Night and ...
Good Thursday Morning! Oh my goodness, what a day we had yesterday!
It was magical with cooler temperatures. Monday was nice; Tuesday the warmth backed up over us; Wednesday was cool; Thursday is here.
We don't have lots of trees that change the colors of their leaves. The Crepe Myrtle has a few different colors on it but most of our trees just drop all their leaves.
Fall is a time between Hot and Cold. And while temperatures drop below 100°, we will have days of 90's and days of 70's or somewhere inbetween... back and forth.
Fall is about College Football and Pumpkin Spice for me. But right now, we are giving thanks for cooler temperatures while praying for RAIN!
