Fear not for me. I worry more about being disabled and not carrying out life than dying. We will all die. The last time I had a relapse like this, I contacted the therapist and she told me not to worry about it. Apparently this does not leave immediately. I am always dramatic over this as I expect immediate results and people I have talked with tell me different. At least I can get around the house. I shall be seeing my therapist on Thursday ans see what she has to say. Have a good church.
Good morning. Sunday has arrived and so has this writer. After a humongous effort on my part to attend church yesterday, I'm going to relax and most likely stay in my FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE. Everything was going well yesterday and then I did my exercise, and everything was not good. I became extremely dizzy and lightheaded. I think this is the second time that I have relapsed after the exercise. In either case, I managed to get to church with the aid of my quarter staff (mop handle). I actually went into church and sat down, and eventually I decided to retreat and go home because of the lengthy service. I got back out to my car and decided I was not going to be defeated. I went back inside but it was not enjoyable as I kept wondering if I am going to be able to leave after the service without falling down. I was able to complete my itinerary and get back home in one piece. Whatever! I'm just not used to this kind of thing. I definitely will not be doing that exercise if I have anything on my agenda I want to do.

It is a super soggy Saturday at my house! We waited for the more recent storm/shower to pass and then headed to the store this morning. I got some new shorts for summer and, of course, we had to run to Lowe's (we almost live there) where I found a 6 pack of lavender plants for just $3. Dave ran back down to Lowe's to get some more fence boards that we couldn't fit in the Jeep first time around and he is going to buy the rest of the lavender plants so we can give our girls some. LOVE the clearance racks at Lowe's. I hope your day will be terrific, rain or shine. Doing anything special, Judi?
Good day to you . Maybe a little rain today turning warm & clear for the rest of week. My arm is still pretty sore & will take a good while to get healed completely. Think I will have a scar there though. Told my granddaughter I might get a tattoo there & she said get one with flames. Ha Ha. Going to take it easy this weekend & enjoy it. Good morning. Looked out the window and there is a slight covering of snow on the car. More like a heavy frost. When I went out to the car yesterday to get the snow off the windshield and hood, disaster! One of my windshield wipers was not in good shape. I therefore felt I had to get it fixed yesterday and was forced to do so. I do not like trouble.
I used to think of all of the people who I have argued with over the years. To wait for an apology is to leave your future peace and happiness in the hands of that person who injured you in the first place. Every time I think of this, it reminds me of being self-sufficient and how that can disappear in a second. For those of you chronicling my life tomorrow is Palm Sunday.
