Will tell you about a dumb thing I did last week..
brother got me life alert system 5 yrs ago and i wear pendant around my neck. For xmas son got me a new speaker phone,,I unhooked all the old stuff from my old one and threw it away and got new speaker phone with 2 handsets working fine.
Got a call from life alert and ran test and it failed..he said call main office, I did and they told me to check the base power unit,,I couldnt find it and suddenly realized I THREW IT AWAY WITH THE OLD PHONE STUFF, So now thought I'd have to pay for a new one but they will send me one free,,yaay.. till then I'm without my life alert so being very careful!
Well the world just has to be a better place with all we Leonards in it Kindly souls that we all are.
So you beat me by a month on the great grandchild stakes, lovely to hear you are a great,but you so young.
We have 2 children, Angela is 52 and Keith is 49. They were 9 and 6 years old when we moved to Canada in 1975
Both of our grandchildren are Angela's children.
When Keth was born I wanted to call him Leonard, but Joan, my wife, did not want it. We compromised and so Leonard is his middle, or second, name.
Hoping all is well in your part of the world, all is good here. I was at the gym this morning, as I am Monday to Friday. I then had coffee with friend. I arrived hiome around 12:30pm. I am now home for the day. i can hear the easy chair callling me, zzzzzzz

I haven't been back to Manchester since I was 23 and thats a LONG time ago.
I beat you to the punch. My first great grandchild was born December 15th. It's a handsome, healthy baby boy. You're going to just LOVE holding that little girl when she comes into this world. There's nothing like it.

It is for sure a small world. Manchester is about a 40 minute drive from my home town of Birkenhead.
I was last in Manchester in Sept of 2017 when i visted family in England.
And anther Leonard (your hubby) how about that.
I was named Leonard after my dad (I was the first born) and my dad was named Leonard after his dad. And I think,but not sure, that my great granddad was a Leonard.
I could be Leonard 4th if I wanted to put on aires

but my parents moved us to the U.S when I was 4.
My hubbie's name is Leonard (Lenny for short, lol. Small world.
