It is Friday after all and the weekend is in sight!  What are you looking at today?  

Do something today that you need to do, just for yourself.  After all, you have to take care of yourself in order to take care of others.  

Have you ever been to Leavenworth, Washington?  The entire town center is modeled after a German Bavarian village as part of a civic initiative that began in the 1960's.  It is really a fun place to visit.  

Have you ever driven all the way around Lake Tahoe?  Now that is a beautiful drive.   It has been many years since I have been there.  

If you take a drive, be on the lookout for something magnificent.  There is so much beauty all around us.  So if you get out or just reminisce looking at pictures, enjoy and be thankful for all that God created.  

I'll see you tonight as we both are gazing up at the same stars!  

They say 50 today. Can't wait since it's 25 this morning. Cold or not I am working on Spring cleaning.

We made it already half way through the week.  Soon March will be gone for this year.  

If you take time to stop and smell the flowers, the 3rd month of 2024 will be history.  

Take a stroll with someone you love today and make a beautiful memory together!  

Look around and find something beautiful like my Christmas Cactus with one bloom on it between Christmas and Easter.  

It may be too cold for lots of blooms outside but you might have something right in front of you like my Orchid that holds it blooms for many months.  

What makes Tuesday a happy day???  Yes, Tacos.  

However, Coffee makes every day a happy day!  Do you drink it?  

Friends for life make me happy and are such a Blessing!  Near or far away, daily or once in a while, in person or on-line, I thank you for being my friend.  

Some friends we won't meet in person until we meet in Heaven.

Good morning, Happy Saturday...... Hope all is well your way.. We are having some beautiful warm sunshine this weekend with temps around 70.  Will have to get out and mow the lawn before the rain comes back.  Take care and enjoy your day~~~ hugs, debijo

Caturday has been replaced today!  It is a green party weekend.  

Here we are on Friday.  Are you ready for Sunday?  Do you have any fun things planned for this weekend?  

We only had 4/10" of rain in the middle of the night.  Earlier yesterday NW of us had lots of big hail up to baseball size.  Praying for Ohio, Indiana and all people that were in the path of these storms.  

Thursday rain is coming again this morning, this evening and tomorrow.  

But look at how beautiful the pond/lake and the flowers are after lots of rain.  

Let's look at something bright yellow like the color of the sun that gives us joy!  

None of us can live without water, so sit back and just enjoy the rain because it is fun to play in the puddles after it is gone.  

No matter what your weather is like, just put on a smile and share it with others.  

Middle of the week and nearing the middle of the month already.  

What are you doing today that will help someone else?  

Sometimes all it takes is a smile to change someone's day from a frown.  

Reach out your hand.  Shake their hand or pat someone on the back.  

Do whatever it takes to make someone's day a better day!  

It just might make you feel better too!  

Good Taco Tuesday Morning!  One of my favorite days of the week.  Ok, they all are my favorite!  

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner are all my favorites too!  

Sunrise and Sunset are both my favorite time of day and the in between too.  

I love blues skies with or without clouds and clouds with rain, thunder and lightning too.  

I might not be big on being in a canoe but I do enjoy a boat ride and ...  

I love sitting on land surrounded by flowers.  I guess you can tell, I Love Life!  Thanks for being my friend and being in my life!  

Monday always rolls around, right after Sunday.  Let the music and dancing begin!  

Just listen, all around you is God's music.  

The colors of the music just shouts at you some days.

Once you hear the music the body begins to feel the music.  

Then you begin to sing to the music.  

Now share the music you hear with others, especially since that tune is stuck in your head all day!  

They say 50 today so all the snow should melt away. Yay!

30's and off and on snow. I'm so ready for Spring!!!

Friday is here and that means the weekend is upon us!  What are you going to do? 

It was a beautiful cloudy, stormy, Spring day yesterday and we got over an inch of rain which we needed.  

We ran errands and it was drizzling but the rains came just before dark after we were home.  

I hope that after the last storms go through that the sky will be full of rainbows.  

Now see if you can figure out this clock.  Go through the numbers and the alphabet.  Yep, they got it right.  

Now when the hummingbirds come back, I want to go hunting for tiny nests.  I hope you have a fun day and weekend.  

A fast moving storm came through before midnight last night and the second set is now north of us.  

But more rain storms are on the way.  It does keep you weather aware and on your toes.  

We could use the rain but without the damaging winds and certainly without any hail.  However, Spring and Winter are fighting it out.  

Today is our 44 Anniversary and I am so very thankful for each and every day we are together.  I think we will go stomping rain puddles together today.  

Don't forget to change your clocks on Saturday night or you will be late for church on Sunday.  Spring forward is the best time of all because we have more daylight in the evenings.  I love it.  

Wacky quacker of a day!  Let the fun begin for tomorrow will be Spring storms.  

Playing with friends can lead to crying with friends.  Keep watching for those faces.  

Do you remember the adventures of being young and discovering the world around you?  

Oh, and the fun times that were by yourself just learning all about life and how to hula hoop.  

Making friends along the way that are still our friends all these years later are Life's Blessings!

I see tacos in our future today!  Happy Tuesday to you!  It is a dogs' day!

Maybe today will be a crafty kind of day.  I might be able to do something like that.  Do you remember doing your hand print as a turkey?  

Now I can't even draw a stick figure and tell what it is, let alone really paint.  

Now he is a talented painter.  Hope you find something wonderful to do today!  

March is in full swing as we start the day at 64° but like yesterday we have clouds and a steady breeze.  It should be another really nice day!  

I watered plants yesterday as the strawberries were dry and our neighbor, Livvy, wanted more strawberries from Grandma.  So before sunset, I harvested them and took them to her.  No more blooms so the next crop will be a while.  

These are our 6 biggest potted plants.  During the winter, we move them in and out of the garage depending on temperature lows.  They will be moved to the backyard after Easter when a freeze is very unlikely.  Four of them got new pots on Saturday.  

So  as we in Texas say goodbye to winter and hello to spring, it is time to be sure the birds have water and food and the plants inside and out are watered a couple of times a week.  

Now can you guess where I am going today?  Yes, outside to enjoy every minute of every day of our beautiful Texas weather.  Blessings & Hugs!
