Hi there. Had a great time over the weekend visiting with my daughter and had a good time at the birthday party for my grandsons. It was a windy drive back home yesterday and now its a rainy afternoon and cool. We are also in a blizzard warning that starts a 7 tonight and goes until 10 in the morning. We could get 3 to 5 inches of wind blown snow. Weather here in Oklahoma is crazy. And its Spring. Well I must get off of here and go and fold my laundry and get it put away. Take care my friend. Hi there. Thought I would send you a pretty rose today. I used to have a beautiful tropicana rose bush that made the biggest roses I have ever seen and smelled so good. But it died several years ago. I miss those roses. They would smell up the whole house. I won't be on here tomorrow or Friday and the weekend. We will be out of town visiting our oldest daughter and our grandsons. Tomorrow is supposed to be windy and cool. Don't like traveling in the wind. Well have a good rest of your week my friend and take care. Cheryl
Hi there. The weather here just can't make up its mind what it wants to do. Last week it was spring like and this week its back to winter time. We got some snow last night and its already melted. I would much rather have some rain. Tomorrow is back to feeling like spring time. Yeah! I'm not a winter person. More of a spring and fall person. Good afternoon and wishing you a good day. Its a breezy and chilly Monday here. I loved last week where I didn't have to wear a jacket to go anywhere. It was nice and warm all week until yesterday. Now its going to be cold all week. So much for feeling like spring time. Oh well, that is what it usually does this time of year. And I noticed that I have tulips coming up. Good afternoon. Its a bitterly cold day here. Its finally made it up to 10 and feels like -2. Its going to be below freezing until Friday and it will still be cold but in the 30's. But next week is going to feel like Springtime. No snow or freezing rain or sleet here. I hope you are staying warm where you are. I'm about done with my chores for the day. Hi there. Its a snowy afternoon here. And very cold. Not a lot of snow, some drifts mainly cause of the wind but the snow is dry. I went and got the mail today and boy is that air cold. It hurt my face the little I was out in it. I think tomorrow we are supposed to finally see the sun.It will be bright with the snow on the ground. Not been doing much today. Just did the laundry and got it put away. Spent some time watching the birds outside. They have ate all the birdseed and there is a big drift outside the back door and I don't want to venture out in it to fill the bird feeder. Well take care my friend and stay warm. Cheryl
Hi there and good afternoon. All is well here at my house. My husband is back at work and feeling just fine. I have had no symptoms at all and I hope it stays that way. Keep me in your prayers. We have a chance for snow starting tomorrow night and into Wednesday and maybe Thursday. Not looking forward to that or the cold weather. Hi there. I haven't been on here much this Friday. My husband got sick and had a temperture since Saturday evening and it finally broke on sunday evening. He went to work on Monday and was back home at 10 that morning. He went and got tested for Covid and it came back positive. So he is home until Thursday but he is doing good. Its like he isn't even sick. Hopefully I won't get it. I've been taking some extra vitiamns so hopefully that will help. Its a cold and cloudy day here.
