Hi Darlene in a few days ill be ready to go shopping again, im due. 

I wont be walking like a speed demon. That would of been a real hoot had it been on youtube.

I did have that last pizza today since i was  walking downstairs  and doing some exercises  too.  For tomorrow ill have  sweet potatoes  and vegetables.

Will be eating early since i have to go for a bloodtest  at my hospital Monday. 

Tuesday its senior citizens day at Walgreens. 20% off everything .

So i will visit there.

Its not too far just 4 blocks away

Then Wednesday i go to the bank  to add to my checking and see if i was given that $29.04 that was stolen from me back in December. 

I will get the food shopping done and will be  free from chasing around  for awhile.

Summer did not say this  at the time she told me to tell you, but she will be dining out at a posh restaurant  after seeing that play.

She is a very busy lady always on the go .

I used to decorate the diningroom table
and sideboard when the kids and g'kids
were little, along w/egg hunts in the yard.
They're all grown; decorations have been
donated to thrift stores for other kiddos

Hi Darlene   hope you are well .

The weather here is quite nice  but i will have to wait before i can  plant any grass seed  here.

We are due for more cooler air by the end of the month.

Took my central air cover off  today

.If it does snow it wont be too much to worry about.

I have a big job ahead of me planting  that grass seed. 

Once i start those squirrells will have to stay off of there for good.

I`ll have the hose ready lol and they will learn fast.  God bless ,,,xRick :)

Tomorrow, 31yrs ago, our blizzard
began. We were under 2' of snow and
no power for 1 week. We were pioneers
and settlers, hauling woods, storing foods
in snow banks, in 9º weather for all
those hours. I kept a diary of the 'hundred
year storm", and thunder snow:) I bet
you did the same that year, Darlene.

Well Darlene maybe they might change things and leave the time alone.

An hour isn`t too bad .

Many don`t sleep well  to start . 

But somehow we all get through it.

I`ts done so it will stay daylight longer  in the evening during the spring and summer months. 

Helps keep crime down as well.

At least it used to.

Happy Taco Day, Darlene. Back from blooddraw
and eating breakfast out. To rain all day, it
appears. Ornamental trees are bursting
open, and this whole week will provide them
with ample rain. I doubt we're still in a
drought zone, finally... yay! Stay well & dry:)

I have no answers re: daffies growing
all over the place. lol They are the first
here to make an appearance in late
winter.  Maybe that's a harbinger of spring
for some. I have wondered about our surprise
lilies' ability to spring up in different places
each year. I'm assuming they're a bulb plant,
but don't know. They were already in
the ground here when we moved in 50yrs ago,
and I'm always so glad to see them return,
I wouldn't dare dig one up... such an unusual
and brilliantly-colored plant.
So glad we're friends, Darlene:) *hugs*

Daffies are everywhere. They were Mom's special
ones... mine are daisies, plain and inobtrusive. Do you
have a favorite? The wind has gone, but it did help
dry out the ground a bit. What "frog-stranglers"

Good morning:) Having my last cuppa, then

We watch the Super Bowl for the ads, usually
not having a dog in the fight, but ended up
enjoying the tight game til the end.

Are you getting snow like Augie? 12" of pretty
white stuff? Oh wow... send me some, whoever
can. lol  Our 24" blizzard of '93 began on
March 12th, so I'll hang on a bit longer:)
