Good Friday Morning!  This first week of September flew by quickly!  

My pictures of the same roses on the same bush just 3 days apart.  Have you ever seen such a color change?  

Why do mosquitoes love me?  Why do their bites swell up into big, ugly, red spots on me?  

Please send mulch!  hehehe  It didn't go on sale for Labor Day.  So we will wait until next Spring... just 6 months away.  

Even weeds that bloom can be pretty like the one in my hanging basket!  Now where did that come from?  

I need a fresh batch of lady bugs to eat the aphids on my milkweed.

As I put this together, I am praying that this Tuesday will be a dark, overcast, rainy day for us.  

While I love to watch the lightning, I hope we don't have too much and that there will be no damage done if we do have lightning.  

Aren't Lighthouses amazing?  I love how they can warn those out at sea of the rocks and land that they are getting near.  

Just like God's Rainbow is a reminder of His promise to us.  

I love rain and thunderstorms.  After the storm comes the calm and everything is refreshed.  

So whether we get rain or sunshine today, enjoy it and count your blessings!

HI THERE DEBIJO SORRY DIDNT GET TO YOU ON THE WEEKEND BUT NOW IT IS MONDAY AND A BIT LAYTE BUT MADE IT. HOW YOU DOING DEB? YOU BUSY AT WORK? tHANK YOU FOR THE PRAYERS ETC. FOR MY BROTHER, IT IS A VERY TOUGH TIME FOR SURE. WE HAD A WEEK OF REALLY HOT TEMPERATURES THEN SEPTEMBER CAME ALONG YESTERDAY AND WOW, IT HAS COOLED OFF AND THEY SAY FOR THE NEXT WEEK IT WILL BE MUCH COOLER. i LIKE THAT FORECAST.

GREAT THAT YOU GOT SOME PEACHES AND MADE A DELICIOUS PIE. WENT TOR TAD AT A FREINDS YESTERDAY AND THEY SERVED PEACH PIE. IT WAS NOT HOME MADE AND WAS SO SWEET I COULD HARDLY FINISH IT AND FELT UNWELL WHEN I GOT HOME. NEVER EVEN ATE MY SUPPER, JUST DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT AT ALL.

I use to wake up to a 4 am alarm..for 3 1/2 years. Looking back now, don't know how I did it. But in life, we condition ourself to face whatever comes our way. Grateful for the job opportunities that seemingly came my way when needed the most. I filed for early social security, first pymt comes end of next month. A quiet Labor Day here. We visited family and friends each day since Saturday. Yard work and housework is complete. Counting down the days to much cooler temps. Wishing you a blessed new week ahead...🙂
