HI DEBIJI. HERE i AM JUST IN TIME FOR TEH WEEKEND. HOPE YOU ARE ENJOYING IT AND NOT  WORKING TOO HARD AROUND THE HOUSE. IT IS ALWAYS CATCH UP TIME WHEN YOU WORK AND ONLY GIVES YOU THE WEEKEND TO DO ALL THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.

IT IS RAINING AGAIN UP HERE TODAY BUT WE HAD SUN T HIS MORNING, CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST IT CAN CHANGE IN ONE DAY. EVEN HAD SOME SNOW THE OTHER DAY, IT DIDN'T STICK BUT STILL THE WEATHER HAS BEEN JUST CRAZY FOR MONTHS NOW.tHE WEATHER IN CA LAST WEEK WAS JUST TERRIBLE WITH SO MUCH SNOW. IA M SURE MOST OF THEM DON'T KNOW HOW TO COPE WITH IT ALL.

GLAD YOU HAD A BIT OF A NAP LAST WEEKEND DEB, THAT WAS GOOD AND WON'T HURT YOU ONE BIT. I DO IT EVERY AFTERNOON

YES WILL TAKE THE SAME TRIP TO SEE MY SISTER AND HUBBY AGAIN IN LATE MAY AND STARY FOR AT LEAST A WEEK OR SO THIS TIME, NOT 2 DAYS LIKE LAST YEAR. HARDLY GOT THERE AND HAD TO COME HOME, WORE ME RIGHT OUT. THIS TIME I AM FLYING SO THAT HOULD BE OKAY.

MY SON WILL BE  HOME ON TUESDAY NIGHT FROM MEXICO SO AM LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT. WE ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD TIME WHEN HE IS HOME AND DOES MOST OF THE COOKING. MAY EVEN MAKE SOME CABBAGE ROLLS FOR HIM. THE CABBAGE IS MUCH BETTER NOW AND DOESN'T WEIGH LIKE  A BOWLING BALL. LOL

Friday is here and that means the weekend is upon us!  What are you going to do? 

It was a beautiful cloudy, stormy, Spring day yesterday and we got over an inch of rain which we needed.  

We ran errands and it was drizzling but the rains came just before dark after we were home.  

I hope that after the last storms go through that the sky will be full of rainbows.  

Now see if you can figure out this clock.  Go through the numbers and the alphabet.  Yep, they got it right.  

Now when the hummingbirds come back, I want to go hunting for tiny nests.  I hope you have a fun day and weekend.  

A fast moving storm came through before midnight last night and the second set is now north of us.  

But more rain storms are on the way.  It does keep you weather aware and on your toes.  

We could use the rain but without the damaging winds and certainly without any hail.  However, Spring and Winter are fighting it out.  

Today is our 44 Anniversary and I am so very thankful for each and every day we are together.  I think we will go stomping rain puddles together today.  

Don't forget to change your clocks on Saturday night or you will be late for church on Sunday.  Spring forward is the best time of all because we have more daylight in the evenings.  I love it.

March is in full swing as we start the day at 64° but like yesterday we have clouds and a steady breeze.  It should be another really nice day!  

I watered plants yesterday as the strawberries were dry and our neighbor, Livvy, wanted more strawberries from Grandma.  So before sunset, I harvested them and took them to her.  No more blooms so the next crop will be a while.  

These are our 6 biggest potted plants.  During the winter, we move them in and out of the garage depending on temperature lows.  They will be moved to the backyard after Easter when a freeze is very unlikely.  Four of them got new pots on Saturday.  

So  as we in Texas say goodbye to winter and hello to spring, it is time to be sure the birds have water and food and the plants inside and out are watered a couple of times a week.  

Now can you guess where I am going today?  Yes, outside to enjoy every minute of every day of our beautiful Texas weather.  Blessings & Hugs!

What a wonderful time of year!  We hit 80° yesterday and we got 4 very big plants repotted into very big pots.  

It is so beautiful to sit outside in the sun and let Vitamin D soak into the body.  I can't wait for next Sunday when we Spring Forward and have an extra hour in the evenings of daylight.  

We should have at least 4 more days in a row between 50° and 80° before we get another chance of some rain.  We always need rain!  

Early mornings, right as day breaks, the birds are singing loudly praising God.  I love watching the sun peak over the horizon.  

Let's enjoy every day of this new week in March.  Thank you for being my friend.

OH THE TIME DOES GO SO FAST AND CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT WILL BE A COUPLE OF YEARS SINCE MOTHER AND BROTHER HAVE PASSED AWAY. LIFE SURE THROWS US SOME CURVES THAT IS FOR SURE. WE NEVER KNOW FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT WHAT IS UP DO WE? HOPE YOU ARE FEELING OKAY AND GOT A BIT OF WORK DONE AROUND THE PLACE TODAY. MAYBE YOU CAN LEAVE SOMET HINGS TILL IT WARMS UP A BIT AND YOU FEEL MORE LIKE WORKING IN THE YARD.

HAD MY HAIRCUT YESTERDAY AND SO GLAD THE RAIN STOPPED TILL I COULD GET TO MY CAR. HAVEN'T BEEN DOING TOO MUCH THIS PAST WEEK, BUT SO LOOKING FORWAD TO MY TRIP TO SEE THE FAMILY BUT THAT IS NOT UNTIL LATE  MAY SEEMS SO LONG TIO WAIT.
