HI PAM, A LOT OF ACCIDENTS UP HERE ALSO EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE THE SNOW AND COLD WEATHER IN THE WINTER. SORRY TO HEAR OF ALL THE ACCIDDENTS YOUR WAY, BEST TO STAY AT HOME AND KEEP SAFE AND WARM. YOU TAKE CARE AND HAVE A GOOD FFRIDAY. HUGS MOE
Good afternoon to you. We have had sunshine today. It has clouded over but I can still see some blue sky here and there. The high today got up to 21F. I will be so happy when we get above freezing. I think that is going to be sometime next week. How has your day been? Mine has been busy. Went and got grociers this morning as we usually do that on Sunday evening but we are supposed to get a lot of snow on Sunday so I decided to go and get that done today. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day my friend. Take care, Cheryl
WoW! Pam. Never would have thought of Texas as being snowed in. Yes, we are used to snow and ice but we still get traffic snarled up. We have a pileup on one of our major hwys with a couple of dozen cars piled into each other. No fatalities but a big mess.
It's a shame to hear of the weathe conditions out there in Texas. We have had weather like that over here in the northeast and out in hte midwest - artic cold is sweeping the country. I hope help gets to those that are piled up on the roads will be safe. It's a grey dreary day here - expecting rain sometime today and for the next several days. Tired of the rain as I think we'll float away to the Elizabeth River! Got to wipe the paws off LuLu every time she comes in so as not to track the mud and wet in with her. Even though we have a towel at the back door. Hope you are staying safe and warm. Wishing you lots of prayers and good wishes your way. Hugs, Wendy
I am warm inside my home and have been busy reading. I look out of my windows to see the ice, rain, and wind. I get my books from Kindle and don't buy paperbacks. Hugs and stay healthy and warm. Nancy
Awww! That's too bad! Thinking of you all! Still minus 20s and so much snow! I love it tho! Hope your week is going well and you have a great weekend too!
good morning Pam, brr, sounds cold out your way! Still gray and yucky here with off and on rain and I've had enough of it but know it coudl be worse. It has warmed up at least. I've been puttering around doing chores and have more to do. Tomorrow is Fri-yay! Won't be online much this weekend so if I don't talk to you again, Happy Valentine's Day!
WoW! Pam. All that work has left me exhausted just reading about it. Hope you enjoyed your rest and munchies. I lived in Montreal, Quebec for a long time and got used to the snow trucks during winter. They were on the go 24/7 sometimes if we had a bad winter. Would wake me up at 3 in the morning with noise and blinking blue lights. Stay safe.
Actually, I used to live in Upper-Michigan, right in the middle of the area they call The Snow Belt, where the count their snow in feet, not inches, so NO, I've seldom felt the way you described that, though I know just what you mean, now that we live in TN...
GOOD MORNING, LOVE, HUGS & BLESSINGS, Ms. Pam, I pray YOU have a WORSHIPFUL WEDNESDAY / HUMPDAY, and are having a WORTHWHILE WEEK, my friend...
