Good Thursday Morning!  Oh my goodness, what a day we had yesterday!  

It was magical with cooler temperatures.  Monday was nice; Tuesday the warmth backed up over us; Wednesday was cool; Thursday is here.  

We don't have lots of trees that change the colors of their leaves.  The Crepe Myrtle has a few different colors on it but most of our trees just drop all their leaves.  

Fall is a time between Hot and Cold.  And while temperatures drop below 100°, we will have days of 90's and days of 70's or somewhere inbetween... back and forth.  

Fall is about College Football and Pumpkin Spice for me.  But right now, we are giving thanks for cooler temperatures while praying for RAIN!

I am almost ready for our company to show up.  OK, we don't have company coming but we are going to eat Tacos today.  

But you never know when someone might show up and then the excitement begins.  

Don't you wish you could get that excited over doing laundry or taking the dog for a walk?  

Whatever you do today, don't forget to laugh and to share your smile with others.  

A great weekend was had by all but now it is Monday and back to reality.  Just thought I would share my granddaughter's 17th pool party!  

My family plays sand volleyball most of the year in a family league.  Volleyball is always fun even in the water.  

Everyone in the hot tub was celebrating.  Time for cake now!  

Time for the movie to start.  It seems everyone is ready.  They bought a blow up screen which is much better than a sheet.  

Wayne did an awesome job putting the lights around the inside of the pool and I love watching the colors change on the video he took.  

We are surely blessed with all of our kids and their families.

Caturday is finally here again!  

Guess who is coming to visit you today and spend the whole weekend with you?  

The surprise is on you because I'm not home!  I am off on a leaf hunt!

You better enjoy the warm weather and go swimming before a cold front arrives next week.  We might set a record of 96° on Sunday.  My granddaughter had a pool party last night and they watched a movie on the screen at the end of the pool.

Every morning, not just Thursday morning is time to refill the bowl.  

It is apple picking time somewhere and apples fun to play with as well as delicious to eat.  

There are lots of fun things to do in the Fall.  Do you want to join me?  

I love sunflowers, don't you?  What do you mean you didn't plant them for me to dig up?  

All of our dogs are kind and they love us so much!  

Isn't that the truth?

It is not often, very rare, that I have a tough day.  However, today is one of those.  It is a weepy day for me.  We have a friend who lives in Tampa and told us they were not leaving.

Things will happen in His timing and for a future that we do not yet understand.

Monday, first day of a new week and the first Monday of October.  

The sun is softly peeking in on most of you this morning.  Flowers are still blooming this time of year.  

Share some flowers with someone today.  Do something wonderful for someone everyday.  

It is all about loving each and every person just like God loves you.  

Life is about finding joy in the simple actions and seeing joy all around you.  

At the end of the day, can you look back and smile and not only count your blessings but the blessings you gave to others?  Thank you for being my blessing!

Someone took a picture of me.  Aren't I looking good?  

My Uncle had someone color a picture of him to hang above the mantle.  

My grandmother had a quilt made from one of her pictures.  

Now the cousins from Canada did an AI generated picture of themselves.  

I am heading to a Balloon party with friends now so I will catch you later.  

Good Thursday Morning!  Are you on your computer like I am?  

Everyday is a new challenge and there are many new blessings too.  

I love making others smile and doing something nice for them.  

Then watching the joy show up on their face just doing simple things and enjoying life.  

Just look at your reflection!  I see how beautiful you are and I hope you do too.  

I am just checking to make sure that the coast is clear.  It is Tuesday after all.  

Yes, it is also October!  How did we already get here?  Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years will be over in the blink of an eye.  

I'm not going to lie, I am ready for Winter to be OVER.  It is my least favorite or not a favorite at all.  

Maybe I could just find a good place to hibernate until winter was over.  Here I am stressing through winter when Fall isn't even staying in Texas right now.  

Maybe if I don't mention the "W" word it will just skip us this year.  But I guess we have to go through some things to see the reward that is next... Spring! ah!  

I really shouldn't worry about what might come.  Lord, let me just stop and count my Blessings and say Thank You!

It's a new week and almost a new month.  Fall is hiding from us as we will be back in the low 90's all of this week.  

I am praying for so many that lost family and friends and those that are still without power and much more.  Let's give thanks for the blessings we still have.  

Then ask the angels to be there for all that need help and need to feel loved.  

Do what you can to help those in need and remember prayers really matter!

Just a few days left.  What can you do to make this September memorable?  

Maybe share some beautiful September flowers with someone.  

Make a wish for someone who needs something special or is hurting.  

Share your smile or some smiley faces with someone who needs it.  

Whatever you do, tell those who are close to you how you feel about them.  

Always say a prayer for each and every person you meet whether you know them or not.  It can change their life.  

Oh what a beautiful Thursday and Friday it is in the DFW area.  

The colors of Autumn are my most favorite colors!  

Don't stay inside if you are having great temperatures.  Get out and smell Fall.  

It is a perfect day to go for a drive and maybe a pumpkin patch to find just the right ones.
