Happy cold and beautiful Saturday, Greg! At least it is for me. No snow here (per usual) but it is a pretty day. Filled up my window bird feeder and cleared the front porch of sweet gum cones. The breeze is quite brisk. How is your day? I hope it's a good one and you find time to do something enjoyable.
Good Morning Dear Greg..still no real snow here..I am sure it will come here before we know it...it is cold tho..not liking that...am beginning to understand why so many my age go to Fla for the winter..lol Have a good weekend
Snow fell 90 minutes N of us (Boone) and of course the mountain areas. We're suppose to see rain late Sunday into Monday. Woke up to 27 degrees..thr cold spell here will linger for several days...
And if old man winter avoids you, you're probably thankful:) Oh, Greg, your background and neat pictures are like the gorgeous scenes outside your window. Happy Weekend!
Hi Greg, I hope the snow stops for you soon! It's not snowing here, but we're in a deep freeze ... temps below -40 F. But that's usual for this time of year here. I can't wait for spring! x
In this new year, it is a new day. I am positive that the sinus infections we have both had are much better.
Don't you hate when you just can't get warm and your hubby fixes this nasty tasting stuff for you to drink?
Just drink it he says... and I did. But then he was sick for days before I caught it from him.
It doesn't matter that I have given him almost as many pills as I have taken and I got better much faster than he did. Cayenne, lemon and everything else in the house has been taken.
Yesterday, we even ate a hamburger. First real meal in days. When I crave a hamburger, which I do almost every day, you know things are looking up.
So today, Caturday, the first one of 2025, we have hope and positivity that we will survive whatever this year throws at us. I think a very cold winter blast will be next.
