I think I will do the walk 5:45 AM as it seems to be getting light by that time. Yesterday I activated the bike and took it around the neighborhood to show people I am still alive. I wanted to also test the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I wanted to make sure I have the pain when pressing it. I also worked on the lawn mower with no good results. Good morning Pericrick. It is still dark outside but I can see my car as I look out the front window. Snow and ice all over the car and will have to be removed if I have to go somewhere. Expecting a little more snow, maybe up to 2 inches until 10:00 AM this morning. Some wind and so forth will be around for a while. I am completely out of eggs and have just used my last banana. It is not imperative to have eggs but it is habit forming. There were times when I went years, and maybe even decades without an egg in my house. Of course that is when I had a life and now I pretty much sequester myself in my FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE. I have not decided on whether to go out and clean off the car and go to Walmart for supplies. There is another option. I can walk over to my local convenience store which is approximately 1/2 mile and get some eggs and bananas. Good morning Pericrick. Tonight starts the Easter Triduum in the North. Cold this morning but still above the teens which psychologically makes the difference. I intend to attend Walmart this morning. Not mandatory but a social event to see people saying things without doing it electronically. My problem is I usually go too early to get the most of the people. It will be a game time decision. I am also bummed out at not being able to read the local newspaper anymore as they have caught up with everyone and are demanding payment. A password stands in the way of enjoyment. Good morning Pericrick. Raining this morning. 45* but will be cooling down all day and the rest of the week will be in the 20s and 30s. The snow is gone........ for now. Yesterday I went out for a walk. Reasonably warm at 40*. However, when walking on a couple of main thoroughfares, cars and trucks would come by and hit the puddles and splash me, or come close. A good workout. Uncertainty surrounds my status for today. Will be playing it by ear. I may go to church in about 3 hours. Good morning Pericrick. Happy PALM SUNDAY. I looked out my window this morning at about 4:00 AM. Much to my chagrin I notice snow on lawns and cars. I forgot there was a forecast of some light snow. Now I am completely devastated by reading the forecast of 2 to 4 inches of snow with high winds later today. The concrete is warm and so consequently a shovel is not needed. At least I hope not. I most likely would protest and not shovel anyway. Usually Palm Sunday comes in April and so it is not the everyday weather like we are getting this year. Good morning Pericrick. We have a winter advisory for tonight and into Friday. Snow with accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. Not unusual. Last year, we had snow on April 16th so I was expecting this. Yesterday I had trouble with the car and took it into the repair shop and they told me it was nothing major and did not even charge me. Just some inconvenience and trauma.
