Hello & wishing you a happy hump day. Plenty of rain here with the light show & sound effects. The wife & school nurse both retired so a big sign was put in the school yard that said "Admired & Retired Ms Greene & Nurse Dodie " Several teachers gave the wife flowers & the 4th grade teachers gave her a $70.00 Amazon gift card. Such a loving & thoughtful bunch of people there.

Some businesses are starting to open now but with some limitations schools are closed until August and not knowing for sure on reopening schedule. Sending warm wishes for a great weekend & start of May. We lost part of our heart Wed. night. The wife's brother passed away at age 81 in Indiana after a decline of health for the last two years. Unfortunately we are unable to travel from Texas because of the conditions right now. Lots of happy memories over the years.

Good day to you. Want to wish you a blessed Easter and joyful one. Of all times to happen our refrigerator quit working yesterday so put everything in coolers and have repair service coming today. Yesterday had a friend & neighbor who was going to the store call & said she would pick up groceries for us while she was there so we got a few items we needed. The virus outbreak sure has everything in a turmoil with unreal hoarding happening. our stores have limited item purchases & keeping control of crowds by only letting a few in at a time. Remember when I was a kid during WW 2 of the ration books for each member of the family. I still have some of my stamps. Maybe that should instigated again to prevent some of the hoarding & incivility that goes on. Stay safe & take care...George

Trying to hold off turning the ac on yet but might have to pretty soon. Starting the spring break from school for a week but schools may close an extra week or two because of the Corona virus.
