We're up to 22 degrees. Had some sun this morning but it's all gone now. They snow is going to roll in later. I did not know they seperated like you saw on Youtube. I always wondered what it is when it say "by products". For dinner I am going to make potatoes and veggies with the ham. And apllesauce of course.
Good Morning, sharing some snow pics. Yes, SNOW IN FLORIDA!! I'm still in shock. lol.
Back steps tell the story. I've been very careful navigating them.
View out back. The kettle is an old cast iron sugar kettle...used to make cane syrup back in the day.
We made a REAL snowman but should have made one sooner. It was hard to make one with the "crusty" snow.
There's a highway under there somewhere. lol. Thankfully traffic was minimal. Most folks had the good sense to stay home but there are the rednecks (US TOO) that will be out on four wheelers and such. haha.
The birds, squirrels & chipmonks are enjoying the warmer morning, scurrying here & there. I love watching them sharing the bird feeders. lol I'm doing chores (dusting, yuck), but enjoying a thankful Thursday. Same for you, my friend. *hugs*
Good Tuesday Morning! How about a ride on the beach with me today?
Of course it has to be someplace warmer than most of the beautiful graphics going around right now.
So for me, it is a good morning to sit and read all day long, like my online daughter, Jo, shared with me.
I can always just look outside to see the birds that love every season, even a snowy winter.
Or look over at the beautiful Amaryllis that loves to bloom inside during the cold winter days that are outside.
And I am blessed to be able to send Hubby to the mailbox to retrieve the packages and mail as I wait for his speedy return, fixing some nice Hot Chocolate and ...
Just a note to say hello and to wish you a happy Sunday.. Hope you are doing well and enjoying your day. Take care and have a great week~~~ hugs, debijo
Good Morning! This weather has been wonderful for reading. I love a really good book with a really happy ending.
We all know that along the way in life, there are ups and downs, and sharp turns that take us in a different direction. But where would we be now if we hadn't followed that new direction?
As you read you realize that in life, all of us have a story to tell. Have you thought about your story lately?
Have you shared your story with family and friends? Have your children and grandchildren learned a good life lesson from your story?
We are all very different, unique, and our stories are all different. Share the good and the bad because that is how we learn and get to where we are now.
How is your story coming along? One day, we will make it all the way through the book to The End.
And if old man winter avoids you, you're probably thankful:) Then... there are those of us who love the white stuff and all it's magical scenes and senses linked w/awesome memories. Happy Weekend, Gayle! Your bg is wonderful! *hugs* -di
