Our annual 3-day Bratwurst Festival begins today. I hope the weather is good. I try to avoid it any more - too much traffic, people, and getting a good parking place is more than I want to deal with! I do go to a local church's drive-thru for my yearly bratwurst sundae. No, it's not ice cream. LOL It's mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, crumbled bulk bratwurst, cheese, sour cream, and an olive on top!
