Good morning. I can see the moon for the first time in about a thousand years this morning. Of course there is the usual warning about severe weather. I am also on alert for meteors as I have not seen any dinosaurs in my area lately. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
The Fourth is going to bring noise again. Even Walmart is in full swing with fireworks.
Good morning. Starting off this morning in the mid 60s. Actually feels cool. Heading to 78* F. We have had a lot of rain this summer. Nothing planned but the walk. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet! Postscript: I can't figure out why the site runs slow with one of my computers when they all have the same browser that is synced.
Good morning. I hear rain. I hear thunder. I see lightning. Looks like rain most of the day. Looks like a day of retreat to my Ready Room in the Fortress of Solitude. Church later. As I am typing this, the rain is coming down much harder. This is the type of weather Noah described when building the boat I like to call The Ark. Now I had to close the window. I would imagine there will be some flooding in the lower areas of my viewing. Fortunately we have a marsh which takes care of a lot of this. Does not look like a walk this morning. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Good morning. I have returned from the eye exam without fanfare. After some berating by the assistant and some yelling, it went reasonably well. Expecting more rain today.......... after 7 I think. That will allow me to complete my walk. I only did 2 miles yesterday due to the pressure of thinking of the eye exam. And besides the eye exam yesterday, I had to endure a trip to Walmart. Fortunately it was early. I did not have to look at the customers who came in costume and so forth. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Happy mid-week! On this whimsical Wednesday, wishing for some rain & a cool down. Not likely to happen as continued 90F (32C) temps are expected the rest of the week. Heat makes me so sleepy . . . 🐇
