My goodness this week flew by fast enjoying ones moments the best one can while doing ones daily household duties.

Hi Mona, how's your Summer going?  Hot and steamy here with a heat index of 105 yesterday.  Normally I would be beach-bound by now. Sure do miss it too.  We are still having visits from deer and recently there were 5 very close to the house. It was so exciting. Also my little 17 lb shih-tzu chased a fox from our yard the other day. It was funny to watch if a little scary.  I think the fox was looking for something to eat as I put stale bread out for the birds and he probably smelled it. Are you still having visits from the deer? Summer is in full swing here and for us that means snakes as well. Hubby encountered a cottonmouth moccasin on Father's Day evening. Thankfully he was not bitten. They are deadly snakes. Nothing much going on today. Need to hang some more laundry soon.  It's so hot they dry on the line as quickly as the dryer.   Have a wonderful weekend!
