Ger and I are now in upstate New York and we will be here until the end of June. My hand and elbow are still a little sore but the pain I had in my hand is much better. Ger and I have been visiting relatives and enjoying the natural beauty of the Adirondack Mountains. My wife just loves rock hunting but this year she's giving me a break and keeping the size of the rocks reasonable... well at least so far she has!

Good morning 

It started out very warm this morning. The forecasted rain went all around us yesterday and we got a couple of drops.

I got out the bike this morning (I have to make use of the days that I don't have any pain and this was the first day pain free). I ran out of steam pretty fast. It's really hot and humid and those pain filled days without any exercise really make a difference to how much I can do.

Hubby did the yard work and as soon as he's finished tracking dirt in I will get to vacuuming.
