Very few really, and I'm not a prude - I love a good movie as much as anyone until they all started getting pretty nasty, often too sexual, and I dislike gruesome & demonic horror, the humor is mostly trash & filthmouth....but I have seen some pretty decent dramas, true life stories and documentaries lately. I've liked The Fastest Indian, Gran Torino, I like most westerns, and I'll have to get together a few more that i'm sure I can list.

Relaxing & fairly quiet of just about any kind. (!) My husband has played guitar for most of his life. We both trend to love acoustic more than electric. We like to go to outdoors live concerts on a small, intimate level, but like indoor live music, too.

Almost all except for horror, gruesome, and creepy! I love fiction and non-fiction of most kinds, and read constantly with a book at hand at all times.

I'm a Christian, a kind person with compassion, dignity, pride, a sense of humor, with a good moral compass. I'm honest & loyal, and love the people who are close to me very much. I've been happily married for 20 years, with 2 grown kids and 2 grown step-kids (we each have a 35 yr old son & a 32 yr old daughter).
Together we have 9 grandchildren now (2 are twin girls). Their ages range from 3-16, 6 boys & 3 girls! I have serious health issues that I have to work around in order to get through each day, but I try to not let it control me and overcome me. I love life and try to stay upbeat & positive.

Meeting new people and having interesting, friendly conversations. It's ok to disagree, but not to argue while doing so. My views are firm and I stand up for what I believe, but I try very hard to be open minded enough to look at every angle of a point before I make up my mind about things. Some things are not open for discussion, but mostly I'll discuss just about anything.

My Christian faith is all important to me. It's having a close relationship with the living God, the creator if the world, and His son Jesus Christ who died as the Savior of all mankind. It's not organized religion.
Many churches (not all) and t.v. evangelists have given Christianity a very bad reputation by always asking for $$$, while they themselves live falsely like kings & queens. They make fake promises that God will grant all of your desires if only you send $$$ in to their ministry, but God only wants you soul and to show you how to keep it away from satan.

The constant aggravating bombardment of advertisement - which we can't apparently avoid any more, any where. Politics are more corrupt than ever, and the world is in a sad & horrible state. America has changed, and is going to change more in the very near future; probably not in a good way either. We can only live our lives the best way we can & keep our hearts & mind set on eternity.

I've had many in the past and loved doing them all a great deal, but am not able to do (or afford!) most of them any longer due to my health. I'm just about ready to quilt a top that I made, so I"m looking forward to that. I've recently made some matching silver & turquoise jewelery that came out very good.
