As my username suggest, I'm still kicken. I had been working in a cabinet factory and doing that type of work for over 27 years. I say "had been" as I recently lost my job. Which at my age totally sucks! So I am out looking for work. Am
I close to retirement? Only if I win the lottery. A friend once said to me your ship will come in. I reminded her about the Titanic! I am
a widow with no kids. My critters are gone now too and I really miss them. My best buddy was my 11 1/2 year old St. Bernard, which I had put down a couple of years ago. His partner in crime a 18 year old cat has pasted as well.

Smiles, warm,but not hot days. Blue sky, and white puffy clouds. St. Bernards I adore. Loyal friends, good clean email jokes, Irish Cream. Classic Rock, country music, Blues, Irish tunes.

People driving with cell phones glued to their ears. Laziness. Politicians, higher prices but no higher pay. Skeeters, we import ours from Minnesota and they grow them big. Junk mail. Drunks, Judges who don't give out tougher sentences for drunk drivers.

Watching a good movie, reading, listening to music. Road trips on the weekends (before the gas prices went nuts.)
