Hello there Bree, I have been feeling under the weather with my sinuses and if that wasn't bad enough then I got a stomach bug! I'm alot better so we are going to smoke some baby back ribs in the electric smoker with some corn on the cob. Then another day this week-end it will be Ranch burgers on the grill. Of course we will also grill those yummy Jalapeño peppers filled with cream cheese and wrapped in maple bacon. Whatever you do this Memorial Day week-end I hope you stay safe and remember all those who have served...

It's a dreary day at my house, how about yours? I've got housework to finish up and strawberries to slice for shortcake later on. And I have more than one yarn project going so....looks like an afternoon of crocheting and knitting. Tomorrow is Friday and that means the weekend is knocking on the door. Got a cat scan done last Friday on my lower abdomen. My left ovary is bigger. That is where I have been having some light pain. Calcification in left ovary. Probably a small benign dermoid tumor. Have to go to another doctor and get a ultrasound done to find out more. I will probably end up having to get it removed. Please keep me in your prayers.
Good morning to you. I will be so glad to be over this cold. i'm tired of coughing and I don't have much of a voice. It come s and goes. I have medicine but I still spend alot of time coughing and that just makes my head hurt. Don't like watching the news anymore cause its just about the tornado in Moore and its just sad. Going to get my allergy shots this morning and hopefully find out about my cat scan I got on Friday. Hopefully its good news. Kristen, her fiance' and his 2 year old little boy are coming by her late Saturday night on their way back to Edmond, OK and will be staying her most of the day on Sunday. Excited about that.
