Because I have been married to the most wonderful man for 30 years. now.. It was a wonderful weekend here... Hubby and I ran errands, ate lunch out, and just played and had a good time on Saturday as it was beautiful out... on Sunday because the rain (drizzle) was here early and all day, we stayed in and watched all the shows we had on tivo all day long... I even cooked brunch and an early dinner... what a wonderful way to celebrate 30 years together... and I love him more than the day we married... Just wanted to stop by and check on you. and wish you the best of weeks... Hope you wil stop by when you have time and know that even though I don't get here as often as I would like, I am thinking of you...
Hi, I recognize you from over there, believe me I'm over there a lot more than here, I mostly post bulletins here, and try to remember birthdays. Nice page, you must really love the olympics. Have a great week. BG
Casper... Thank you for your lovely comments... this page is beautiful... I can't believe it's been over a week, since I have been here on "The Hill". Most of my spare time has been watching the Olympics, which are soooo dear to me. Weather has been far to mild. In the past the "Maplers" usually started collecting sap at the end of March. Sap has been flowing, here in mid NH, since the end of January. We have only had 3 mild snow storms all winter. There is hardly any snow, on the ground. Last year it was 3 feet deep. El Nino has kept the snow storms south of us. Tomorrow we are looking forward to 10 days of snow showers mixed with rain & the temperatures are supposed to be near 40* during the day & low 30's during the night. We should be averaging mid 20's during the day & 8 below 0, during the night. The robins used to come back, late March or early April. We have had huge flocks of robins all ready. I am, with guilt, enjoying the mild Winters that the "global warming" is causing here, but I do know Planet Earth is sick, & that does scare & sadden me. We are going to have to pay the piper. Well, I need to fill the woodbin before the sun sets. I Love, Love, Love, St. Patty's Day. Hope to get my page changed soon. Have a great week. HUGS TP
