Hi Donna.......Good to hear from you. It has snowed here all day...they said no accumulation. Guess what? It's accumulating!! Yes, I am sick of snow and ice......so thanks for the flowers. You're such a thoughtful friend.
Oh that's awful about your brother's other foot. it's true though, we need to take care of our bodies........it is a temple!! I eat as natural as I can, but we have no co ops close by and the nutrition store is very limited and quite costly on what it does carry. I try to stay away from red meats totally.
The plummer got here at 8:30 and was gone by 9. He knew my Dad so shared a couple of stories about him which was nice. Living alone is no fun when it comes to some repairs, especially plumbing.
I've not been on the HILL much the past 2 days. Then I play catch up on messages.

Hi Donna.........This will be a brief "touching base" with you tonight. I am pooped. I've been up since 4:45 this morning and tomorrow will be an early morning also. I have a plumber coming between 8 and 8:30. Hopefully, he won't be here long........they're expensive.
It is snowing and sticking ..... not good. I haven't heard how much we're to get, but I hope it's not much.

Good Morning Donna!! How are you? How's the computer doing? I got to thinking that maybe when it goes into the "sleep mode", there's a setting there that tells it to shut down after so much time. These computers are so technical with all of the settings on them and if we don't know about them, well......
It's been raining again and so very damp.......at least it isn't snow right? After I talked to Mom last night, I fell asleep on the couch and never made it back to the HILL. I guess I was tired?

I live on the second floor and I bought seed that was supposed to have no mess. Well it did and the lady below gave me a call about it. I went right back to the Wild Bird store and they gave me a different kind of seed to feed the birds. It worked, but I got concerned that she might call the association so I gradually moved the bird feeded until it was inside the balcony. I put a box under the feeder and all the mess goes right into the box. The birds are happy, I am happy and the neighbor below has not said anything. So I am enjoying my birds and I have a lot of them now, and only I have to deal with the mess.
You might give it a try.
