Hi Pat....... It has snowed here all day...they said no accumulation. Guess what? It's accumulating!! Yes, I am sick of snow and ice......and can't wait for spring.
The plummer got here at 8:30 and was gone by 9. He knew my Dad so shared a couple of stories about him which was nice. Living alone is no fun when it comes to some repairs, especially plumbing. I needed a new flapper and just decided to get all new stuff in the tank, new supply tube, and then a wax seal.
I've not been on the HILL much the past 2 days. Too much stuff going on. Then I play catch up on messages when I am here....I miss my Friends and the HILL!!
Mom was feeling some better today..........she didn't sleep good last night, but neither did I. I need to talk to her yet tonight. I worry about her so much.............worry is a sin.........shame on me for worrying. I hope you are doing well........take care.
Hi Pat. Just dropping in before I head off to bed. Hard to beleive that we are in our second week of the New Year. Sure wish that at times I could slow down the hands of time.
Had to go downtown this moring to get a bottle of medication for my husband. A month ago he had a viral infection and the Dr prescribed a very expensive cough mixture which seemed to help but he had to go back after a week as it was still persisting so he was put on antibiotics. After a week it had almost dissappeared, All was well for a good three weeks then today he began coughing again. This time he sounds very nasal and thinks that it could be a bad cold coming on. Shall see in the morning if there is any improvement.
How are you both? Did you get your Laptop repaired? My daughter recently bought the same Brand as yours and is also having a few problems.

I hope you are fine. we really had some stormy weather last night, but no damage, just a few tree limbs blown over on my back stoop. so what kind of weather are you having? I sure am glad I am not facing snow this morning. I am from the south, and I don't know anything about snowy weather except that it is very cold and uncomfortable. I like this Florida sunshine. winters are really mild and most of the time we dress like summer. doesn't take many winter clothes here. we do get a chill now and then.you go have yourself a great day today, lots of hugs and blessings, annie
