I agree, on your posting I too love to read blogs, I too have to relate to the topic at hand. I have learned much from the blogs and have opened some doors that I never have thought of. thank you so much for your comment.

As for me, I love to read blogs, and if I can relate to the topic, I will participate in the running comments. At times, I will send a private message to the writer, again depending on the topic of the blog.

It is my understanding that a blog is a place to share a personal opinion or story, post some information that could be helpful to others, or start a topic that will invite participation from the readers. I also like to read the comments of others.  

I like to encourage people to try it ... NOTH is a good place to learn stuff. For the most part, this is a friendly and helpful place to learn. Even when someone comes along with "cranky comments" or "strong opinions" ... don't let it stop your efforts. We're all different ... come from different places in this world, and have different personalities.
