See, sometimes things work out fine. Chris came nice and early this morning (think he wants to get done early this afternoon before he fries in the heat and humidity). He looked at the hole (which by now it looked like it was getting bigger each time I looked at it) and apologized for having missed it and would have to remove the top rail and replace the railing...he doesn't know how he missed it but I'll bet it will cause him to check the rest of them before he installs them. I still think he's a nice guy and he said he gets paid by the hour so it'll just take a little longer to work on them.
