Hello there my friend, I have been feeling under the weather with my sinuses and if that wasn't bad enough then I got a stomach bug! I'm alot better so we are going to smoke some baby back ribs in the electric smoker with some corn on the cob. Then another day this week-end it will be Ranch burgers on the grill. Of course we will also grill those yummy Jalapeño peppers filled with cream cheese and wrapped in maple bacon. Whatever you do this Memorial Day week-end I hope you stay safe and remember all those who have served...

Hello there my friend, have one granddaughter over for the week-end. She has met some friends her age and they have had so much. I made some mac n cheese and we smoked it in the electric smoker. Gave a large pan to our neighbor who had given us some huge scallops. Today we will fix the scallops on the grill with some strip steak. I guess it's surf and turf day here.
