For Thanksgiving I will be thinking of all my American friends but we like to look forward to Christmas for our turkeys! Also remember where you all got your 'Independent' Constitution from originally!  As things are I think you all did the right thing regardless of the recession! ha ha! PollyM

Smileycons!Hi Polly me girl, good to hear from you. I don't care what winter Holiday rolls around I like turkey, except for Easter then I use to fix ham, but since I can't have ham anymore, it will be turkey again, hahahaha or roast beef, who knows if things don't change over here I might be grateful to have bologna hahahahah. We'll have to wait and see. I know I am doing just waiting waiting, because I feel we are going to plumet straight all to the devil.

Take care my friend, hope to see you soon again.

Hugs Katie

We have all dropped 20% in our income.  But don't worry!  These periods all go in cycles.  I've seen it all happen before.  What is so annoying is that the big chiefs make all the money and we little folk have to pay for their mistakes!  It's all been caused by greed (and the war in Iraq)Now it's spread to China  I bet AlQueda are having a great laugh!
Have you noticed though that Switzerland, Norway, Holland and Denmark all see to be very quiet!  Cheers  P.

Yes Polly, I have noticed how quiet they are and that worries me to, lol Anymore when someone gets quiet and no mention of them, sure makes you wonder whats going on, you don't know about.

Yes the big chiefs have pockets lined with gold and we stay busy sewing holes in ours hahahahah. I guess we have both seen that for to many times Polly. It wouldn't bother me a bit, to see this old world straighten out, but I'm begining to wonder if we'll see it. I so hope the grandkids and great grandkids will fare better in their lifetimes. I worry so much about them having a rough way to go, hope I am wrong about my feelings on that.

Well lady, I sure enjoyed getting a chance to talk with you a bit and enjoyed it so much.

You take care dear friend, Hugs Katie

Hello Dear Polly, just me stopping in to say Hello. Life in South Central Texas is fairing well. The weather turned cold this week, lower 30's. We need rain though and it is not happening. Come on over to my little place on the Hill next time your around. I'd love a chance to visit with you. ...Huggz ~Gloria~

Hi Polly. I am sure you are not celebrating the Thanksgiving holidays but in  all of our hearts we can be thankful for all that we have, no matter where we are. I'm so thankful for my friends here on NOTH and you are one of them. Have a good day. Judy

We're supposed to have snow this weekend. I think the snow is pretty but just don't like the cold that comes with it.

Hello, Polly....

How are you doing in Spain? I hope all is well with you.

I saw you are member of the Distinctive Fiction Group. So am I. Last week I was invited to make a new Challenge for the group to write about, so I did. I was also invited to choose another member for making the next challenge. Now I ask you, if you're interested in doing this (please). If not, tell me, so I have to choose another member.

See you, greets from Holland,

BERT.
