Hoping all is well in you corner of the world and that the new year is being good to you. Just had to stop by and tell you how much I enjoyed reading "I can sleep when the wind blows" Lots to think about there.

You take care and have a good day tomorrow. Hugs, Diane

Thanks for the tips on the style tags, I will try it.  I should have known as I do a lot of ASCII art  and they get messed up on some boards as well without using the unicode characters.

Hugs...Andrea

~ To My Worm-Weary Friend ~

As I woke this morning,
I thought what shall I do,
It's such a pretty world today
To share with lovely you.

So as I make my coffee
I imagine you sitting there,
At the PC desk wanting to chat
On your favorite chair.

Warm muffins I have baked
Your favorite flavor too,
We'll enjoy God's warmest sunshine
His canopy of azure blue

Sometimes we talk away
About anything at all,
Or just sit quiet, delighting
In the birds most cheery call.

But when the cyber worms start biting
We load our patch and dash,
The time we have to spend together
Stolen by hackers in a flash.

I pray your box will clear
From the virus plague of spam,
That so big traffic won't have you worm-weary
Of cleaning out the sham.

Our email addresses are violated
Crammed with Re:  Approved spyware,
Backdoor functions worming in
Of such we're not aware.

Roll on expiry date
Delete yourself choking MSBlaster,
I want my friends back
And to be my computer master.

Don't disappear my special friend
Have yourself a lovely day,
And do click in anytime soon
I so enjoy your stay.

Thanks Suzan.  I still really don't understand what I was doing.  I'll save this one and in a couple of days try another one.  Sonjia

~ The Soul Of A Indian ~

Let neither cold, hunger, nor pain, nor the fear of them,
neither the bristling teeth of danger nor the very jaws
of death itself, prevent you from doing a good deed......

The elements and majestic forces in nature, Lightning, Wind, Water, Fire, and Frost, were regarded with awe as spiritual powers, but always secondary and intermediate in character. We believed that the spirit pervades all creation and that every creature possesses a soul in some degree, though not necessarily a soul conscious of itself. The tree, the waterfall, the grizzly bear, each is an embodied Force, and as such an object of reverence.

The Indian loved to come into sympathy and spiritual communion with his brothers of the animal kingdom, whose inarticulate souls had for him something of the sinless purity that we attribute to the innocent and irresponsible child. He had faith in their instincts, as in a mysterious wisdom given from above; and while he humbly accepted the supposedly voluntary sacrifice of their bodies to preserve his own, he paid homage to their spirits in prescribed prayers and offerings.

Hi Suzan
Have a great week

There may be cold and snow outside
But sitting here with you beside
In friendship, warms the coldest day.
Now I must hasten on my way.

Love, Suzan

Well, I redid the coding for the layouts and I like the new code much better, so of course, I have to revamp the others lol.  I somehow find it, don't know where but I'm not going to question it because it might disappear lol.

Hugs n love,

Shell

BTW, I'm going to redo all the themes when I get time...so you might want to check back for the theme you are using in a few weeks to recopy it.  I have new coding to go with the comment submit and google search and a few other things.  I know I'm going to have to make a smiley face theme lol.

Hugs
