VIDEO DETAILS
THIS IS BEST VIEWED FULL SCREEN, PLEASE LET IT LOAD FOR 1 MINUTE BEFORE PLAYING. I made this 10 minute presentation video for our villa manager. She had been asked to address a seminar being held interstate for Managers of Villa complexs throughout Australia. As the huge majority of the guests would not have known anything about our setup, this was about letting them know just a little about us. As they in most part had never been to Bunbury, I started with aerial shots getting closer to the complex then take you inside. There is a yellow marker on our villa so that in the aerial photos you can see where we are situated in relation to the rest of the City. Within this show, reference to presentation of the OBN stands for 'Over Bloody Ninety'. It also travells a bit fast in places. This is because at the last moment our Manager was advised that her presentation was to be no more than 10 minutes. Hurried editing had to be done to break it down to that requirement. Thank you for watching. I hope you can enjoy it.

Thank
you very much for your comment re the slide show. I get great pleasure
from helping others, and this little project that I made for our
manager paid off big time in personal satisfaction. All the residents
(inmates) here love it and all wanted a copy to send to relatives who
have had no opportunity to see where they live. There are only 38
residences in this complex and we are all here because we choose to be.
We have all own our own places here on a strata title. It was quite
costly to buy our place but it has doubled in value in about the last 3
yrs. Being a small community, we know and love all the people here. I
hope that one day you DO come to Aussie for a look, and we extend an
invitation to you to stay with us as long as you wish. I am just
putting together a bulletin which will knock your socks off. I'd better
get back to it before what I have to say is 'old news'. Catch you later.

Just loved your video, but spent the majority of the time trying to work out who you were. Father Christmas? The Groom? Give me a hint! My husband Eric and I have been wondering what our next move might be after our Grandson leaves home (20yrs old) which may be awhile, he's quite happy being waited on hand and foot! I would love to live in a retirement village such as yours! How long have you been in Bunbury? Holiday there in our caravan periodically, as well as Busselton. Love it!!  Rhonda x

Oh my, your video was wonderful, you did a great job!! Your place is very nice.  Looks like you have a most fun time year round.   I'm guessing you were the Santa, kissing all the Gals!   Am I right?    You seem to know your way around all this technical equipment, good for you.    I'm still learning.     luvsnow

I really enjoyed your montage of pictures, with music. My husband and I have always wanted to go to Australia, almost moved there in the 70's, looks like a great place to live, with friendly and happy people, I live on Vancouver Island B.C. Canada, lots of rain, very lush though, but I believe that Australia climate would suit me just fine. Thanks............Suzanne
