omg Is this for real?

I listened to this this morning and thought it was a skit.  Now this evening I've received an email that says it's a real politician explaining the mishap.  Oh please tell me it aint so, TC!   LOL!

They moved the ship to another enviorment...   But then again it wasn't a enviorment, it was a void.  um... ok.

Need at least "1" person to run the ship.  So which is that one person running?  The engin room? or is the person at the wheel?
