I sure do hope there’s a few nite owls out there cause I just rolled out a little bit ago and I am on my first cuppa! Sheesh, another addiction. Then there’s my favorite drink… Vanilla extract over crushed ice…whip cream and a cherry on top! Talk about your basic home-maker’s hangover! Lololol Got an update on Anna’s latest addition/shadow! Lolol I think I mentioned that Anna had found an injured gosling (Goosy Goose) in the creek? Well, like I’ve said before, she takes in all kinds of orphans (reminds me of somebody else I know?) OK, so she nurses the critter and feeds and waters. Makes sure it has a safe place to sleep up by the pond. Goosy is now attached to Anna (Yes, I know…imprinted) Goosy comes down from the pond to stand outside the back door and call to Anna. No matter what else the lady is doing, she stops…goes to the door to take care of Goosy. The two of them sit side by side chattering and chatting on the porch. Anna with her coffee and Goosy so at peace by her feet. A picture of good friends. Now then, Anna has a neighbor named Betty. Nice lady who gave me one of my dogs. (the one that was stolen). Betty has a sense of humor which is a necessity if you live near Anna. Betty has a friend who stopped by about a week ago. Friend saw Anna and Goosy out on their porch. That became the topic of conversation for a few… OMG! Friend raises geese… seems like Goosy Goose should be named Goosy Gander .. Goosy is a BOY! I fell out of my chair! Anna has farmed and been around critters all her life and ???? I can see where this situation is going… down hill in a hurry! LOLOLOL I think I’d best quit while I am ahead (if I am) Take care all of mine; go in safety always.
