Hi Nancy, we are finally getting rain and more on the way for the weekend. I have all my potted flowers out to soak it up since we've been dry for so long. Sounds like you're getting some good Spring weather at last. Have a good weekend.
We had another beautiful day. No rain. How nice. We are thankful for rain but we need some sunshine too. lol lol lol And sunshine we got. It was wonderful. Perfect temperatures. God is good to give us so many blessings. The birds sure are singing. We have a Bull Frog and he serenades us every night. Love it. Of course, the Hoot Owl is in competition with him and they are in a competition to see who can out do the other. But I think the Bull Frog will win. lol lol He is pretty loud. The sounds of warm weather never grow old. I love those crickets, fireflies lighting up the sky and all the night sounds, the geese making a lot of honking sound.. they are all fabulous. The wonders of God's creation. We can never ever take his creation for granted. Because it is so marvelous. Have a wonderful night my friends. God Bless you. hugs, Shirley

Good day to you & happy hump day. Last day of school so will be going easy for awhile. Been having trouble with the internet going out & having to restart almost daily & causing our tv to go out or buffer a lot as we now have Roku & Hulu instead of cable so went to the provider store got a new modem & have had no problems since , Guess the other one just got tired but it was pretty old , Hope the week is doing good for you so enjoy the rest of it & stay happy..........George
Comments Live I have been off the Hill for a while because I have after much prayer, and conversations with my children, have decided to down size. This has been a heart wrenching decision for me as with many folks my age. Our place( my late Bob) and myself built this retirement home on a beautiful lake in the mts. of Tn. and lived here for 31 years. My health has not been the best for a couple of years and our 4 acres and house has gotten too much for me to handle. It is so hard to get hired help one can depend on, so it is time for younger folks to take over the joy of living here. I will be writing a blog occasionally to record my progress. Hope this coming week is a good one for you. Anne

IT IS THE SAME HERE IN MICHIGAN, RAIN EVERY DAY. THAT IS VERY HARD ON THE FARMERS TO PLANT CROPS. I AM AFRAID THE CROPS WILL BE POOR THIS SUMMER. WILL JUST HAVE TO PRAY FOR THE FARMERS. I HOPE YOUR RAIN STOPS TOO. LOVE, SHIRLEY OXOXO
