Went out to feed cats,,got a small tomato off plant and saw a cantelope had fallen off vine onto ground

 .. not ripe.  pu on window sill but not sure it will ripen as tomatoes do,,  hope they all dont fall off the vines!

STILL 95F HERE AND MUGGY.. STAYING IN!

Lost roku remote last night in bed and swore I heard it hit the floor.  
1 Am was on knees looking under bed and under tables,,cou;dnt fnd it
.. found it this Am under pillow in bed!

Another hot one and humid


Had  a helluva time getting the lid off Knockout rug flea spray,,turned air
blue trying.. finally succeeded and sprayed carpet in middle room and living room..
opened kitchen window so Paisley could lie on  sill and not walk on rug till it dried,
The vet only had 2 cans of it,, like to keep one so will get more when they get it in.

Was thinking of hanging out my pillows on line to air out and freshen up but too humid
to be out today so will wait till cooler and try not to forget.

TV cook made egg rolls from scratch and i love them so will get some egg roll wraps
and make some soon and dip in  sweet and sour sauce.,,,yum!

Made sweet breakfast muffins last night at 10PM and dipped tops in  melted butter
then cinnamon and sugar,,another yummo!

90s here again today

Paisley tried to get me up at 7 AM but I washed some kitchen cabinets
yday and was pooped so declined.  Still have more to do,  
Judy comes this afternoon to take out trash, vac and clean bath .. 

Breaded and fried fresh button mushrooms yday,, wish i had some morels!

Just got on after a late lunch and nap

92f again today and humid
Watered again as cantelope was wilted
Va son called while I had mouth full of lunch and said he'd call me back
Made chicken salad spread for sandwiches and cheese puffs,,Paisley got hold on one, 
licked the cheese off it then got it stuck on her paw and threw it around 
the kitchen,,was funny to watch
