Have you ever been to Leavenworth, Washington? The entire town center is modeled after a German Bavarian village as part of a civic initiative that began in the 1960's. It is really a fun place to visit.
Have you ever driven all the way around Lake Tahoe? Now that is a beautiful drive. It has been many years since I have been there.
If you take a drive, be on the lookout for something magnificent. There is so much beauty all around us. So if you get out or just reminisce looking at pictures, enjoy and be thankful for all that God created.

It was a cold day here today,was in the 30's all day today was our garbage day so after our garbage went my Hubby had to put on a jacket when he went out to put the garbage cans on the back porch. That was nice that you went to see UR son Trey that a good sign that he got moved to the skilled nursing unit I know that that's another part of the hospital. That's great that he is doing good and it's also goodthat he's not on so many pain meds. Hugs Ceil

We only had 4/10" of rain in the middle of the night. Earlier yesterday NW of us had lots of big hail up to baseball size. Praying for Ohio, Indiana and all people that were in the path of these storms.
Hi there. Its going to be another nice day here. Then a cool front will come through tonight and make it jacket weather for tomorrrow. My son, Trey is having another surgery on his leg today. We will be going up there after while to see him. His bone is misplaced and he will be getting a leg fixation surgery done this afternoon. You can google that and see what it will probably look like. If you don't know, as I have added new friends on here, he fell on ice in January and broke his left leg. He had surgery done then and they put in 2 plates and screws. He has been in a lot of pain since then because his bone shifted. That is why he is having another surgery. This will keep the bone in place. Not much else going on. I have been up since 5:30, I usually go back to sleep on the couch after my husband goes to work at 6:30 but I couldn't fall asleep. I guess I'm just nervous about my son's surgery.
